Was genuinely curious where the battery was on this car because my friend from work tried to give me a boost and we couldn't find the battery anywhere and that positive terminal will not boost a car, this seems way to complicated for no good reason why does everything have to be so complicated to service on newer vehicles.
Theres a post for the negative and s post for positive. The positive post is in or next to the fuse box in the engine the negative post is close or near it as well so you can give a jump
Good Point about the "+ Jump Post" and "- Ground Tab" provided under the Hood. Been monitoring the Battery Life of a 5 year old AC Delco in a 2014 Terrain since Install and I'd agree when checking (using a Digital Battery Tester) the "drop" in Amps when using the "Jumper" posts is no Joke. Add to that if the Jumper Pack, Cables, Donor/Dead Battery are not 100% (Corrosion, Undersized, Discharged) you'll wish you had a direct connection when it really counts.

No longer necessary with the 2019 models and newer, all settings are memorized and you go to my GMC and create an account and you can have all of your settings redownloaded from 4G.

For being a battery shop they could have listed the group size battery
Mine had the AC Delco group 47, # 2370 same as in this video, but with the bigger battery tray which mine is it will take a group 47 or 48 battery.

@@vaughnennis22 My Terrain is a 2013 and it's possible these vehicles are all equipped with the bigger tray to accept both size batteries.
