Efren isn't missing, he is setting up opportunities for his opponents to prove their knowledge/skill in the game. Also, the GOAT doesn't need to go final form on this level of play; he's just having fun. If the commentator was paying any attention to the Magician instead of his friend then he would know. It's as obvious as day.
im rewriting the 9 ball rule book. "If Efren has ball in hand on the 9 ball and the 9 is within 245 miles of a pocket, Mr Reyes can use his hands to knock in the ball and its ok to laugh at his acceptable technique. You cant win this way, only Efren Reyes who obviously doesnt need this rule book."

Lol just the fact efren can literally skip an easy shot and everyone won't complain about speaks volumes. He literally just shoved that 9 ball in because he wouldn't miss an easy chance.
