Legit...if you played ball growing up , I was a catcher, or are a fan of ball, you watch it. It's like watching a game but hearing the thoughts of the pitcher. He's the only guy I'll watch h every single video of and mostly the whole thing. He's a pitcher, so he OBVIOUSKY sees the analytics and knows he's getting a high average of view time...thus him posting longer videos lately.

I've never played baseball, never watched a single baseball game live or on TV. Yet somehow I am totally addicted to this content. This level of access is unparalleled in almost any sport and definitely at such a high level. The mindset and training concepts are applicable to so much more than baseball and the Vlog content is surprisingly great as well. This could be a travel vlog or a food vlog and I would still watch. A self aware mindset with such high level thinking is a hard thing to find anywhere but I was definitely not expecting to find it here. Keep up the great work, you have single handedly created a new baseball fan.

I realized last night, since I've been consistently watching your long form post game pitch analysis vids, I have been watching a fraction of the MLB I usually do.
I don't watch a lot of MLB, typical is a portion of several games per week. Depending on who it is, (team)/who's playing, (player(s), it could be either 1st 3-4 or last 3-4.
Typically, I'll watch a portion of Qck Pitch, too.
This combo gives me my fix of good plays, big tanks, great hit/baserunning action & strong pitching displays; the same thing most all fans watch baseball games, hoping to see it all in one game.
I'm thinking your vids are providing what I don't get anymore; the conversations I used to have w/ several retired coaches I used to go to the ballpark with.
No more baseball in Portland & my old friends aren't with us, anymore has evaporated my ballpark time.
If you could get this kind of analysis compacted to fit w/ live baseball, you'd have a stellar post playing days broadcasting career to look fotward to.
    Thanks,
    GeoD

@@SillyMovies-x6m CALL the MLB . Flood the MLB head office with calls daily about Trevor Bauer . Ask them why they are violating their contract with Bauer to not help him get signed in 2024 and beyond. We the fan need to do more to help Trevor than we are. Show the league that the fans are not all raving idiots and want Trevor in the Show already. The Media is not going to do it unless they lean politically one way and that excludes 50% of the fan base at least . So we the fan need to do more to help the man outside of the internet complain zone. WE can make a difference if we speak out more to the right people . Complaining about it to other people online only causes the same result . Frustration and pain. We can get him a job in the MLB again if we show that the Idiot Brigade is not the real voice of the people who watch Baseball. Right now the MLB believes the public is not behind Bauer . they are WRONG . There are a handful of morons who will never allow Bauer into the league and vote for commies every 4 years in America. We need to send those folks packing and take back our country from them and it starts with getting Bauer his job back . If we can pull that off we can prove the Country itself is not lost to evil . Then we can worry about fixing other problems if we proved that we can win fights like this.

The sport has needed Bauer for the entire time . He is the biggest Star in the entire MLB with the biggest reach and that is WHY they hate him . He can reach millions of fans most MLB players simply cannot and they are threatened by that. So the best thing Bauer could do to help him back into the MLB would be to drop his social media OR Team up with other current MLB pitchers who also could breakdown their games like this on the Bauer outage channel.. If he let other pitchers use his platform to do the same things he does he would make more inroads to being back .

2 things on this, i think most people underestimate how little you can hear on the field with that many people in the stands. it's hard to hear when yelling sometimes which is another reason hand signals are so important. Second as a pitcher (and as trevor has proven a few times by signaling which pitch is coming) if we feel like we are executing our pitches well, locating, etc it doesn't matter if you know what's coming... we feel/KNOW you are not gonna hit it.

Considering what happened to Bauer. He really has done great to move on. I love his videos. They are very entertaining and informational.

Hot, Dry air is best for velocity and Cold or humid air is best for break. Less density equals less air resistance for both throwing and batting. Hot air is less dense and has less air "in the way" of the ball for speed but means the ball won't break as much

It's pretty funny to me hearing them call strike outs, "Chocolates." I wonder how that ever became the name for punchies.

Can we get a mic on Ronnie during a Bauer start? Id like to hear Ronnie talk through what he thinks Trevor is going to do with all the mentorship throughout the season

I love the thought process. You should be a MLB pitching coach. They need you on the mound and teaching in the bullpen.

I get it everyone wants Trevor back in MLB, but I love his behind the scenes look at international baseball. And as great as it would be to see him back on the world's biggest stage it would be awesome to see him to play in Korea, winter ball in DR or going back to Japan to try and win the Sawamura.

My old lady will never understand why I can sit here and listen to a guy describe every and bat in a game then pitch. As an ex-pitcher, you never lose that idea that you could call a better game or that you would have thrown a different pitch. Lol I love these breakdowns, I still wish you could come to the Red Sox, the fact that you aren't playing in the majors is a travesty.
