He's 100% top tier. He's 3 years off a cy young award. He would be a top 3 starter on any mlb team, (almost certainly higher), if it weren't for his issues with mlb.

The true sign of a real pro is someone who is leading the league in the top 3 stats and is still trying to make themselves better while making everyone else around them better as well.
It has been a treat to see Ronnie and Ponce interact with you and learn as well as to see so many other players feel comfortable asking you how they can improve their game. You're making baseball fun again for these guys and every fan who you allow to be a fly on the wall and teaching the kids as well. We're all grateful for that and you should be proud.
Every MLB team's front office is crazy for not wanting you on their squad. If this was the movie "Rudy," every player would be walking into the commissioner's office putting their jersey on his desk, and saying, "For Bauer," then walking out. Lol!
Side note... You've had some stellar ad reads that start as stories and make me interested before I even know I'm watching an ad. That's not easy to do.
To anyone who says I'm "glazing," suck it. Grow up and learn that compliments, when well deserved, are not a bad thing. Even if they aren't well deserved, still suck it, cuz it's a lot better than trying to sh*t on a stranger's mental health for entertainment. That's just weird.

The negative cost of PR arguement makes no sense to me. Get TB doing some community work in whichever city hires him. Get him coaching the academy set up. Let him win games. The PR problem will dissapear so fast.
On the flipside, you get a CY pitcher at the top of his game, a second pitching coach (this might actually be the most valuable part of having him on the roster), and a content provider who can increase revenues at games.

You should tell Lo why Ken Griffey Jr first started wearing his hat backward. I think he may appreciate it more.
Griffey started wearing his backward because when he was a kid, his Dad would let him wear his backup game hat. The only way he could get it to fit well enough to wear it was to put it on backward. If it was forward, it would slump down in front of his eyes and he couldn't see. The hat backward thing was only because the kid was so proud of his father and wanted to wear his hat. Of course, it became his look and stuck once he started wearing hats that were his size but it has a pretty special beginning.
I think Lo may appreciate that.

Trevor, your plantar fasciitis may be plantar fasciosis (cell death), caused by footwear that possesses toe spring and a tapered toe box that holds your big toe in an adducted and extended position.
In this position, your abductor hallucis muscle-the muscle responsible for moving your big toe away from your foot’s midline-pulls on a foot structure called the flexor retinaculum and may restrict blood flow through your posterior tibial artery, the vessel that carries blood to the bottom of your foot. Tissues in the sole of your feet begin to degenerate as blood supply to this area is decreased.

As an Orioles fan it's infuriating that we don't get Trevor. Like the number of young talented pitchers on this team that could benefit just from working with Trevor is insane. Not to mention he'd be like our number 2 behind Burnes with a wiped out rotation.

You need to put your little finger and your ring finger in the little finger slot on your glove, move all fingers over one slot, and put your index finger on the outside of the glove. This creates a larger pocket in the glove. I learned long ago to always wear a batting glove inside of my fielder's glove so the glove doesn't move around when my hand gets sweaty.

It used to be a bit of a joke about asking a pitcher what grip they use and what seams their fingers are on. Everyone asked, but holding the ball like Bauer doesn't make you Bauer. It cracks me up whenever Trevor demonstrates grip, it's always the same grip, and he's not making a funky finger formation. He's like, "Grip ball comfortably with 2 fingers and thumb across these seams. That is grip for all pitches. Change wrist angle to get different spin plane. Ez."

@trevorbauer I dealt with Plantar Fasciitis in excess of 16 years. By chance I found medical message. I was told there were muscle adhesions in the Peronials, Gastrocnemius and Soleus muscles. A couple months of deep tissue massage along has made a massive difference in my life. You might try some massage from knee to ankle along with the other movement stuff you already do, this could be a game changer?

There's 30 MLB GM's and they're either all incompetent or MLB has expressly told the teams that they cannot sign Trevor. Those are the only two logical explanations. I can't believe the Rockies haven't reached out given Trevor's experience playing at high altitude and the fact that they have the worst pitching rankings in the MLB. 🤯
