Hello, Jennifer. I have only just discovered you after suffering 3 years being a transcriptionist without the tools you've shown us here. I am learning to edit audio sound and in following your tutorial step by step I've run into an issue. I can't seem to turn off the zoom button. Whenever I put my cursor inside the window, the zoom + is there that causes the audio bar to get bigger and bigger preventing me from working within the window. Secondly, is there a way to connect Audacity to my headset? When I try using Audacity through them, the sound continues through my laptop. Thank you for all you do.

Hello Jennifer, i have a question, i went thru style guide on transcribeme and i read that for example we can't download audio files for any reason, so are they going to "ban" me from site if i do that or can they know who is downloading their files? How would you separate 2 voices that are overlapping?
Unfortunately, there isn't really a way to do that since all the audio is merged onto one track.
Your best option is to slow down the audio to try to better hear what is being said.
