  • I built this powerful electric bicycle with 17kW peak power, 100km/h max speed and a comfortable 80km of range, and you can have one too! Learn more at: mysuperebike.com/
We sell complete eBikes that are ready to ride, build kits, and other information (such as a detail heavy Parts List & Video Guide) to walk you through the entire process of building your own electric bike for a fraction of the price.
    Overall Specs:
    - 17kW peak power
    - 100km/h (62mph) max speed
    - 80km (51miles) range
    - Motorcycle front suspension and brake
    - 22s10p battery pack 92V, 3,8kWh capacity
    - Nucular controller with display
    - ATS speed drive 1:2.5
    - 1800W charger fully charging in 2 hours
    - Redesigned lights!
The V5 is its own category of transportation for daily commuting. It requires almost no maintenance and dramatically cuts my expenses. I spend most of my time on a 80km range so most of my commutes happen on this bike. Everything that fits in my backpack, can be handled on an eBike for free and much more enjoyable. We’re able to charge both our electric bikes from our campervan with 1kW solar power, or if it's a cloudy day, from our 13kW lithium power bank in the garage. This van feels like an unlimited power refill station, all for free.

Awesome! So cool to see the progression of your bikes! I was considering getting one of your cyberbikes, but unfortunately no shipping to Canada. I don't have the patience at the moment to build my own lol, but I will one day with the help of your tutorials! I ended up buying a CAB Motorworks Eagle. 10kw, 72V, 30Ah. Cray to think that doesn't even compare to your V5! lol but I'm very impressed with the performance and riding experience. I wish I would have got the schlumpf drive though, because the pedals are now there only to make it look like a regular e-bike on the road. This feature is critical for these types of bikes, because I do actually enjoy pedalling, and would like to get more distance out of the bike with pedalling at moderate speeds. You're a pioneer in the E-bike game! That is an INCREDIBLE power station set up in your van. The stuff of dreams my friend!! Happy pedalling! 🤘🏼

Yeah power is limited to 250W here in Portugal, with pedal assist only, and no throttle :(
I think if one decides to get one of these, despite being ilegal, if you ride it carefully and consiously and keep your speed in check in the middle of traffic or alot of people, so you´re not atracting unnecessary attencion from cops, I think 99% of the time they will look but won´t bother pulling you over. But if you´re speeding like crazy you are asking for trouble.
My opinion about these ebikes is that there are simply Awesome and offer a kind of freedom very different than motorcycles. I have a 2.5kW home made e-bike and I love it, so I can´t image the fun of riding a 15kW plus ebike :)

Also, as you say, you are generating more than you need so charging up your bikes off of the excess solar, can you have too much power coming in to the battery pack?

Here in Japan, all e-bikes _can only be_ assisted power only. That means you _must peddle_ and then the electric power kicks in to _assist_ the rider. You can not just sit and have the power of the engine move you along, you _must_ peddle. I believe there are limits on the amount of power of the engine too, but I am not completely sure of the details. Finally, the rider must be familiar with and follow the Japanese bicycle riding rules and laws.

Asi prodeje těchto kol směřujete do zahraničí .

In EU, the limit on ebikes is 25kmh or 45kmh for spedelec, which then requires license, insurance, etc. 80kmh! is emoto, ergo requires the same resp, requires same certification process as motorbikes. The pedalling is just an oxymoron here, total pointlessness. You can not use this vehicle on public roads like you show in your videos. I am surprised it havent been seized yet. Especially in Switzerland.

@@ryanmerrill8879It is mentioned in all the commentaries because he should mention that none of his bike are even remotely road legal in the EU. It's his duty as seller to mention this. If you drive one of his bikes in most EU countries, it's not some small offense. You have to pay fines in the 1000s, you'll probably lose your car license and if you cause any kind of accident, it's solely your fault because you have no insurance.
It is not only not road legal as bycycle, it's not road legal as anything. Just because you own a motocycle license does not make it a motorcycle. It has no license and no registration. I'm pretty sure the most EU polices will confiscate it onsite.

You can go as fast as you like on a normal pedal bike. Here in France, the wannabe Tour de France guys are passing me doing over 70km down the hills on thin tyres & no brakes. 25kmh on an EV bike is a joke, the law has to be changed. The EV wave is coming.

Why do so many of these people care if it’s legal or not, your not the one using the bike🤷‍♂️

    • @policeri
      @policeri 9 місяців тому

But the ones who pay the roads they are illegaly driving on and in case of an accident everything except of health related expenses (e.g. police), assuming they have health insurance.. and since this bike is ridden almost everywhere, its kinda likely that an accident with a pedestrian will happen. Imagine getting hit with 100kph while hiking.. so this might be why so many care.. But anyways, its very likely the cops are already on it 😂

@@policerimate who is going 100kmh on a off-road path. I can barely pedal at full speed on a regular bicycle without issues on off road paths and that’s only like 25km/h
If they crash on the road they are still held responsible, they will get fined for driving a vehicle illegally unregistered and have to pay for damages.
Unless it’s a hit and run, but even people in cars do that shit all the time because we have like no cctv in the west.

Whats the point of a gear change on a 17Kw bike? Leave it in high. Job done.

    • @ladiandmargaret
      @ladiandmargaret  10 місяців тому +1

The point is to have high gear. It’s actually very nice in low speed or difficult terrain to switch to the low gear as well.

All nice, but why are you not talking about the legal aspects? Driving it on public roads with these speeds without license plate is highly illegal and irresponsible! With an independent hand throttle it's definitely not classed as a normal electric bike anymore. You probably even need a motorcycle license in most countries for it.

Agree, cant imagine what they will do if police in Austria or Switzerland will stop them. Sorry, in Balkan countries somewhere in the middle of nowhere I can imagine it but in there countries on public roads its like a playing with fire. I will definitely will not have balls to risk it, or even worse what will happened in case of any accident?

You can make fun of him but in Germany (and many other countries) they really f*ck you up if they get you. Ladi is Czech and riding in Austria, so they don't care that much but if I, as a German, buy one of his bikes and ride it in Germany it is classified as a motorcycle because of its power. If I ride it without a valid license and/or license plate it'll cost me a lot of fines and they'll probably suspend my car license, too. So, just selling these and not mentioning all the problems you get when riding them is a little bit careless.
P.S. The police will confiscate the bike on site when they stop you. This goes for most EU countries, not just Germany.

The fact that you can adjust the speed limit for in town / city use.
Let's take that into account also.
