In some videos person claim pumpkin seeds carry side effects. Tell about side effects.
Overdosing anything carries side effects. Eating large quantities of pumpkin seeds can lead to stomach aches, cramps, and pain due to their high fiber and fatty acid content. Consuming more than 30-60 grams per day may cause bloating, gas, and even constipation. Always start with a small dose initially (for example 30gm per day).
However, the claims in different videos that pumpkin seeds are "doing you more harm than good" are exaggerated.
