How you got 21 inch arms? You had good arm genetics and they RESPONDED. There are no magic exercises or routines. Most people with good body parts don't have to do much for them to grow.
Dorian really explains the exercises very well and for any beginner these videos are a must . I don't have Instagram so not sure has Dorian turned pro now or is he going for a pro card ? As I have seen slot of pros and he looks way better then them , Dorian is more complete especially has good calf development. Got to say his gym has got to be one of the best gym , anyone living in the area are very lucky . I live in the UK so not a option to be able to train at his gym.

My stomach was little off last week so during workout just wanted to keep simple and drink water. Post workout I always have that drink with the amino acids + creatine and CarbHD. Pre contest or off-season.
I love the tip for full range of motion. Too many pros train with half reps and no full range of motion. It specifically says in the personal trainer textbook (written by doctors), that short range of motion exercises actually shorten the muscle, thereby increasing risk of injury. I see it too much on shoulder press, leg press, chest press, and bicep curls when watching some pros. Thats one reason they get so many injuries. Anyone reading this, lower the weight, and increase range of motion. It will increase the flexibility of your muscle (reducing injury risk) and cause more complete muscle development, as partial reps only hit certain fibers in the muscle but a full rep recruits more fibers in the muscle. That is also in the textbook.

Im 53 years young and have 22inch arms, cold . I have always did 3 exercises after back workout and thats it. High reps and also lower reps.
