@@shantanusapru I wish it was called HIIT or MISS (High Intensity Training or Maximum Intensity Steady State). I think marketing Zone 2 as maximum intensity steady state would be much better marketing. Nobody wants to go slow. But everyone wants to be at their maximum.
If im doing hypertrophy like 3 sets of 10 for lower on Tuesday, is it okay if i do plyos like box jumps and skater bounds on Thursday or it has to be separated for more than 48 hours ?

Ideally you'd wanna keep it 72 hours but things in life are not always ideal so it's not necessarily "bad" as long as you get it in
