My goodness, that was a crowd on the wall by Starcross (5:35)! I could imagine one of them waving his arm and the whole lot tumbling into the water ☺

You would perhaps expect them to be crammed in for a steam excursion but not for a class 47 even though it was about 5 weeks from the end of loco hauled scheduled services on Crosscountry. Hope they all got on !

Fortunately only one other video that I have has this sort of nonsense going on.
One of the reasons why there are now window bars on charter trains etc.
