- In this video, I head to the Island of Newfoundland to join my great buddy Mark Breon and his son Lucas on an epic fishing trip in the largest lake in Newfoundland. We house ourselves at his cabin and use his boat to access the rich waters of Grand Lake, where we weren't at all disappointed with the fishing action! Come join us in this wonderful weekend adventure.

Travelled by there a couple times on ATV , didn't know such great fishing

Yes we saw a pile of people there when we can back that day! And they were all doing great👍
You weren’t to far from an old coworker who has a cottage on Howley lake. We spent a night there when we travelled threw Newfoundland. I just wish we had of had more time to enjoy the lake seeing how well the fishing is. Thks for the video take care and be safe on your travels

Had some unforgettable trips to that very spot. Won a fishing derby with a trout from that very spot, 4.5 lbs. The ouananiche fishing can be unbelievable there as well.
It never ceases to amaze me of the abundance of sporting opportunities that you have in your neck of the woods. Its the place dreams are made of. If you can find time to sleep with that kind of bite. As always, thanks for sharing. Be safe. Stay healthy. Walk softly. Happy trails!

I’m not sure of the total list of species. We sis have great fishing on that trip though that’s for sure. The trout and ouaniniche were quite plentiful 👍

Great fishing on that lake. Didn’t realize such large lake was in NFLD. HOW LONG A DRIVE FOR YOU
Takes me 1.5 days to get to that area. Well worth the drive 👍
