MOLSECT SOAR & ORBIT REVIEW

Molsect is a new company that started in 2024. I say a review on these knives and contacted Molsect. I asked about the Soar and when they replied I was told they sent the Orbit as well. I had several questions for them and they were straight forward with their answers. Now about the knives. The Soar is a Titanium / Carbon fiber lock frame knife, back flipper and features a S35VN Steel blade that is a drop point and flat grind with a sandblast finish. One thing about the pocket clip, it is very rigid and tight but can be adjusted with a flat head screwdriver using a microfiber cloth between the clip and the knife It was sharp right out of the box and with the microscope images you can see for yourself. There are several American companies that have Chinese made knives and I feel the quality on these knives is equal to, if not better. The Orbit is a front flipper, some thing new to me. It features G10 scales with a Blade Steel made from 14C28N. It has a drop point blade, hollow grind and a satin finish. This is a liner lock knife. They both have interesting designs and impressive quality. NOTE: I did hear back from them and they are working on a fixed blade developed by a Dutch influencer that sounds interesting.
