After seeing her interview, Kass is definitely a smart woman that interpreted the body language of even her allies in the game to predict her next move and I understand why some did not like her but also it was great because she did what she had to do to move forward in the game further than most. I think what is good is that she is really self conscious and knew how people perceived her. I hope she comes back for another season. She was amazing in puzzles also.

To me Tony was a representation of a complete manipulator while Kass was a cold mastermind. In the end of the game Kass was more genuine than Tony, but Kass was unfriendly. I still don't understand how people believed in Tony's lies ( never let kindness cover a lie.)

I do not like Kass but after seeing this interview she seems more human and sensitive. She played a really good mean villain and she's one of those characters that you love to hate. What I and other people have to understand is that the way people are on reality TV shows are not the same exact way they are in real life. I still feel that she wasn't a smart player in survivor because she was just way too emotional and everything that she did in this game was based off of her emotions and not on smart strategic moves. But If she comes back on a future season, she will definitely turn up and make things interesting, but I still don't like her LOL.
I know they don't want to show too much human side of the "villains" in the edit cause a big part of the show is love to hate your less favorite. Still would be nice to c hours of behind the seems if not while the show is on than on a blu ray
I recently watched this Season, and honestly she is fantastic. She made absolute sense entire game, I was rooting for her during my watch. Even during the reunion episode, they didnt let her say anything, and just jumped on her, she is right about the bitter jury. Currently she is the one of my favorite players.
I love Kass so much.. I loved her the entire season. I feel like some people just don't get her. It kinda bothers me that even after watching the season back, a lot of them (including Spencer, my fav lol) still sht talk Kass's game. Like she had reasons behind everything she did out there, and explained them. She didn't really vocalize too much of her strategy to the players (certainly not like she did to us in confessional), but that's why I really thought they would all have a bit more respect for her after seeing the season. Even her decisions that didn't pan out still had logical reasons behind them. Not only is Kass highly underrated as a person, but she's definitely underrated as a player too. She played a good game. And I agree 100% that she would've been viewed differently if she wasn't an older woman. If she were a younger woman at the time, or a man, she and her game would have more respect. I have seen multiple examples of people talking sht on Kass for something, and then praising someone else who is, like I said, a younger woman or man, for doing the exact same thing. Including Probst himself.
What would Parvati do if her "outside" was not so liked by men and her age was, lets say, 20 years older? Nobody probably would remember who she was. Kass, on the other hand, stayed in the game despite the fact she wasn't likeble neither to man or women. Parvati was about to throw microphone and hide when Kass started to talk about tipical behaviour of hot girls - buddy-buddy with man of power and ditch him before finals or sit and look prety like she did with Russel Hantz. And everybody remembers only Fabio like if he was seducing women to stay in the game. No, he just was fun to be around and after he won everybody is making example out of him. However, that is a what if scenario and those don’t count because we don’t know how FTC would’ve gone. She got very far with her big moves Woo went based off of loyalty to Tony which lost him the million. They kept Morgan as a scapegoat and because of her looks it didn’t matter if she was kept or not she wouldn’t have won anyways she didn’t do anything to earn the win, most of the people on the jury either didn’t do anything or they made big moves too soon or not at all, many people played the game very timid. The viewers like the players that don’t know how to play the game because they themselves don’t know how to, they automatically hate the players that can play and actually play the game the way its meant to be played. If your gonna sign up and audition for the game, learn how the game is played, watch the seasons, practice puzzles and test your memory, and be a socialite, 90% of the game is being a socialite and being able to create alliances and recruit people. The other 10% is the challenges, earlier when they had no idols or very few they weren’t even a thought because they relied on themselves and their abilities, that’s why almost all the clues to the idols were put in the fire in blood vs water before the merge. Woo wasn’t a terrible player he just shouldn’t have relied on Tony then he might’ve had a chance to win.
Just to make note, Kass and Spencer were my favorites this season, and during Heros vs Villains, Parvati and Colby were my favorites. Also to make note, Heros vs Villains and Cagayan were the only two seasons I've watched since they are on Netflix. I wish more seasons were on Netflix.

OMG after this interview I actually have a tiny bit more respect for her as a person. As a Survivor player I hate her! This interview is case and point on why she would of been the wrong choice for the final 2, BUT the jury doesn't always let you explain yourself or even ask you questions so she would have still been in deep trouble.
I think people would have respected her game if she was a dude. Everyone saying she had no strategy. F'that. She did what they said you should do, play each day like it's your last and don't be afraid to make big moves! She definitely wasn't afraid of that and wow it was amazing to see her come from behind on the physical challenge and beat tony& Woo. I cheered!
I am so thankful to hear someone say that Woo had probably loss either way. A true winner does not ride the coattails of a better player and really WIN. A winner makes move and proves that he/she deserves to win.
It's sad that she said she wouldn't play survivor anymore, that she has nothing to prove. But I loved it when he made a comment throwing shade (without her even knowing) to Boston Rob (I mean really?! 4 tries?)
They could've make a new season with a most chaotic people ("SEASON CHAOS"), who have ever player on the survivor. Kass would've be one of the participants.

The way you behave on Survivor doesn't mean you're like that in real life. The most Evil Survivor player might be a really nice person in real life. This is a game and in this game you got to do something that are out of your character. Plus you are living on an island, sleeping on dirt don't have enough food and are in game mode so it can make you do crazy things. I just hate people who assume that someone is a bad person in real life because of their action in the game. This game does not expose you at all. This game enables you to do things you wouldn't do in reality. This game is cutthroat and revolves around lying, stealing and cheating so those are things you have to do to win. Just because you do these things in the game does not make you that kind of a person in reality.

Problem with Kass is she's alot like Russell, she hurts too many people in her game play that she has zero actual chance to win which is why most don't see her as a great player. kass is the female version of Russell in some aspects such as causing chaos in camp period. Tony is the duplicated version of Russell. Too bad Russell was in a bitter jury and dumb players in Survivor Samoa. Especially Gaku tribe they had 8 and did not capitalize in the numbers advantage. The jury in the Survivor Cagayan season are not bitter and almost all of them wants to play and win even those who did not make the merge Bryce would have stayed longer if he was not in the minority alliance with Morgan in the beauty tribe
My thoughts on Kass are she complains about discrimination on gender/age but it doesn't add up considering Cirie's respect from everyone. Chrissy is also widely respected. Not to mention Tina the first female winner who backstabbed Amber for no reason!
I hate how Kass just drops the gender card on everything. I don't think she's seen Survivor at all. There have been a lot of strong female players who dominated the game. In fact, I might be wrong, there are more female winners than there are male winners. Ironically, Parvati was one strong female player who eventually won Micronesia. Please Kass, please shut up.

Jenna and Denise both played strong games and won against men. Also, no Parvati would not have lost against Erik if they were both at the end. Apart from being a strong player, she had ties on the Jury. Cirie, Jason, Alexis, Natalie, Amanda and Eliza would have voted for her. Sandra sat next to Lil, but under your logic, if she sat next to Jon, Jon would have won. False, Jon would have lost because only Burton would give Jon a vote as no one liked Jon. Playing an aggressive game doesn't mean screwing everything over and then trying to slide into the end calling it strategy, playing an aggressive game means to have control over everyone and manipulate people. The only female winners I can think that did not do that is Natalie, Tina, and Vecepia. Kass had absolutely no reason to flip the alliance. Her reason was because 'she wanted to create chaos'. She flipped due to people listening to Sarah instead of her. The more practical approach Kass should have done was to wait until they use Sarah to vote out Jefra, THEN blindside Sarah. Their alliance would still be strong and Kass could formulate a strong reason why. Instead, she was mad at Sarah. You can even see how deluded her plan was when Tasha wanted to listen to Sarah and Kass said, 'Tasha was on her side.'

Why would it matter if she was not popular at the time? Of all things, how she is perceived now would be better since we have a huge array of Survivor seasons. With Sandra, it wouldn't make sense if they're voting in spite of the other person. Sandra was praised that she used strategy and she never went under the radar. She was always very loud, especially towards Jon. Winning no challenges proved that her aggressive game play was fueled strictly by strategy. She won because of that, not because the jury only hated Lil/Jon.

No, Spencer would not have voted for her. Didn't you see when Probst asked the jury if they would've voted for Woo if he had taken Kass? It was unanimous for Woo. Kass just lied her ass off about people at Ponderosa saying that they'd vote for her. Watch the video of her arriving there and getting the MASSIVE cold shoulder from everyone. She's either delusional or just too used to lying as a lawyer.

Woo did stuff and would never get in trouble that was why he was likable he wouldve won if he picked kass the jury confirmed. Nobody liked Morgan they just kept her because of her looks.

Woo played a half-ass game, he never really made a big move like Kass did almost every tribal council, they would hate Kass but respect her game. She got very far with her big moves Woo went based off of loyalty to Tony which lost him the million. They kept Morgan as a scapegoat and because of her looks it didn’t matter if she was kept or not she wouldn’t have won anyways she didn’t do anything to earn the win, most of the people on the jury either didn’t do anything or they made big moves too soon or not at all, many people played the game very timid. The viewers like the players that don’t know how to play the game because they themselves don’t know how to, they automatically hate the players that can play and actually play the game the way its meant to be played. If your gonna sign up and audition for the game, learn how the game is played, watch the seasons, practice puzzles and test your memory, and be a socialite, 90% of the game is being a socialite and being able to create alliances and recruit people. The other 10% is the challenges, earlier when they had no idols or very few they weren’t even a thought because they relied on themselves and their abilities, that’s why almost all the clues to the idols were put in the fire in blood vs water before the merge. Woo wasn’t a terrible player he just shouldn’t have relied on Tony then he might’ve had a chance to win.

Just to make note, Kass and Spencer were my favorites this season, and during Heros vs Villains, Parvati and Colby were my favorites. Also to make note, Heros vs Villains and Cagayan were the only two seasons I've watched since they are on Netflix. I wish more seasons were on Netflix.

At 5:30, Kass mentions that people wait for her at her car. I am amazed by Parvarti's reaction... "oh, that's good!" while Kass says it's intrusive. Isn't it obvious that that sort of thing would be annoying to someone like Kass?
A legend. Don't understand why they didn't get her for game changers, I mean the merge vote at Cagayan was a game changing move. Sarah is such a hypocrite she lashed out at Kass in Cagayan and was getting sympathy for the same thing in Winners at War. Kass needs to return again.

OMG after this interview I actually have a tiny bit more respect for her as a person. As a Survivor player I hate her! This interview is case and point on why she would of been the wrong choice for the final 2, BUT the jury doesn't always let you explain yourself or even ask you questions so she would have still been in deep trouble.
She was awesome! Her Spencer and Tasha were my fave from the Brains. Started out crappy but redeemed themselves towards the end.

I think people would have respected her game if she was a dude. Everyone saying she had no strategy. F'that. She did what they said you should do, play each day like it's your last and don't be afraid to make big moves! She definitely wasn't afraid of that and wow it was amazing to see her come from behind on the physical challenge and beat tony& Woo. I cheered!

The way you behave on Survivor doesn't mean you're like that in real life. The most Evil Survivor player might be a really nice person in real life. This is a game and in this game you got to do something that are out of your character. Plus you are living on an island, sleeping on dirt don't have enough food and are in game mode so it can make you do crazy things. I just hate people who assume that someone is a bad person in real life because of their action in the game. This game does not expose you at all. This game enables you to do things you wouldn't do in reality. This game is cutthroat and revolves around lying, stealing and cheating so those are things you have to do to win. Just because you do these things in the game does not make you that kind of a person in reality.

Problem with Kass is she's alot like Russell, she hurts too many people in her game play that she has zero actual chance to win which is why most don't see her as a great player. kass is the female version of Russell in some aspects such as causing chaos in camp period. Tony is the duplicated version of Russell. Too bad Russell was in a bitter jury and dumb players in Survivor Samoa. Especially Gaku tribe they had 8 and did not capitalize in the numbers advantage. The jury in the Survivor Cagayan season are not bitter and almost all of them wants to play and win even those who did not make the merge Bryce would have stayed longer if he was not in the minority alliance with Morgan in the beauty tribe
My thoughts on Kass are she complains about discrimination on gender/age but it doesn't add up considering Cirie's respect from everyone. Chrissy is also widely respected. Not to mention Tina the first female winner who backstabbed Amber for no reason!
Didn't like her in the game, still don't like her. That being said I don't think she is evil, just not very pleasant.

I hate how Kass just drops the gender card on everything. I don't think she's seen Survivor at all. There have been a lot of strong female players who dominated the game. In fact, I might be wrong, there are more female winners than there are male winners. Ironically, Parvati was one strong female player who eventually won Micronesia. Please Kass, please shut up.

totally agree. she always used that card instead of admitting/realizing that she is disliked, not because she is an older woman, but because she is a horrible person. Trish is even older than her and is also a mom, but is not hated by the other players like they hated Kass. I hope she will just stop playing "the victim" game.
Jenna and Denise both played strong games and won against men. Also, no Parvati would not have lost against Erik if they were both at the end. Apart from being a strong player, she had ties on the Jury. Cirie, Jason, Alexis, Natalie, Amanda and Eliza would have voted for her. Sandra sat next to Lil, but under your logic, if she sat next to Jon, Jon would have won. False, Jon would have lost because only Burton would give Jon a vote as no one liked Jon. Playing an aggressive game doesn't mean screwing everything over and then trying to slide into the end calling it strategy, playing an aggressive game means to have control over everyone and manipulate people. The only female winners I can think that did not do that is Natalie, Tina, and Vecepia.
Kass had absolutely no reason to flip the alliance. Her reason was because 'she wanted to create chaos'. She flipped due to people listening to Sarah instead of her. The more practical approach Kass should have done was to wait until they use Sarah to vote out Jefra, THEN blindside Sarah. Their alliance would still be strong and Kass could formulate a strong reason why. Instead, she was mad at Sarah. You can even see how deluded her plan was when Tasha wanted to listen to Sarah and Kass said, 'Tasha was on her side.'

Hope she returns with Tony and Spencer because her brand of "Chaos" is interesting. She comes across as vaguely sadistic, though, especially, towards Spencer. She says as much in her confessionals. Seems to have a few issues : )

Why would it matter if she was not popular at the time? Of all things, how she is perceived now would be better since we have a huge array of Survivor seasons. With Sandra, it wouldn't make sense if they're voting in spite of the other person. Sandra was praised that she used strategy and she never went under the radar. She was always very loud, especially towards Jon. Winning no challenges proved that her aggressive game play was fueled strictly by strategy. She won because of that, not because the jury only hated Lil/Jon.
