Fantastic tutorial that must have taken lots of hard work to put together. I learned so many things in this video, and specifically how powerful the CC100 is both in connecting to I/O devices as well as connecting to IT systems. Thanks Rajvir!
Thanks Emile, it’s always nice to see your comment/feedback. It indeed took about 2 weeks to create this video 🤓😎. I also feel CC100 is such a powerful device with variety of communication possibilities ☝️🚀 Making it out of the box solutions for IIoT application.
Any idea how to get the 10 days trial license key for ctrlX Core, for ethercat master. I am testing the ctrlX core with the actual hardware and have activated the temporary usage rights. But I am not able to configure the ethercat master as you have shown in your video.
Good question, CC100 is Designed specifically for industrial environments, the CC100 is built to withstand harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and electrical noise. It typically comes with industrial-grade components that ensure long-term reliability and minimal downtime. While the ESP32 is versatile and cost-effective, it is primarily designed for consumer and hobbyist applications. It may not offer the same level of reliability and durability needed for industrial use. Industrial controllers like the CC100 often come with certifications (e.g., CE, UL, FCC) that guarantee they meet specific regulatory standards for safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). These certifications are critical for ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Where as ESP32 may lack these certifications, making it more challenging to use them in regulated industrial environments.

Hi, you should contact support to give you access to the portal from where you can get license for 10 days.
Sir , can we simulate delta plc and Mitsubishi hmi.
I am not sure but you can simulate Delta PLC and Delta HMI :)
will the cloud access allow a programmer to set up my devices?
If the programmer has access to your controller's files, he can setup the cloud connection.
Wago is very interesting for me
What is the most interesting part for you?
why shold one take this product instead of using low cost boards such as ESP32?

😀
CC100 is to expensive.
Better solutions cost initial investment but way less stress and good returns.
What? How much is expensive for you? I consider it's a cheap plc

Hello, Unfortunately, this cannot be changed as the certificates are linked to the course duration automatically. Sorry, I cannot help you in that.
