We have Ham...homemade potato salad...homemade baked beans...a family salad We call pink stuff (it's just strawberry jello, cool whip and cottage cheese) rolls and my moms famous banana pudding for dessert! My mouth is already watering! Plus I get to see my daughter! I haven't seen her in 4 month since they moved to Indiana!
I usually go wayyyy over board when I cook on the holidays but the party couple years I had to scale back after deaths in the family not as many people to cook for and my cancer taking so much out of me. I'm just doing a ham,a turkey, sweet potato casserole, loaded mashed potatoes, green beans, and a home chocolate cream pie for dessert.
Me and my family like to cook new chicken dishes every new Christmas and it is so fun because the whole family joins and chit-chats, finally having it together always feels good for me 😩💗✨️
Willie Wonka came on every Thanksgiving. When I was growing up. I remember sitting and watching it. Was my Dads favorite movie. So he ever complained about me wanting to watch it.
It’s not the OG Willie Wonka movie. The OG Willie Wonka movie came out in the 1970s and starred Gene Wilder as Willie Wonka. It was a musical and it was sooooo good.
