Funny how the defense is trying to discredit a witness because of their religious beliefs, when Lori's supposed beliefs caused the death of her kids.

the reality is the whole Mormon thing sounds messed up, Lori to the extreme of the spectrum but the witness doesn't sound 100% sane either. Personally I am happy that the defense grilled the witness, not because of the reasons they did it to help Lori out who is despicable. But to expose a bit how all the rest of the group wasn't squeaky clean either.

Chad would’ve gotten away with his wife’s murder & they both would be living “regular lives” ?!!

He told Defense he had a nightmare! He explained it as a nightmare that he was in and confusing. He did not ask for Chad's Blessing? He repeated this at less 4 times! A vision is being shown something
So why is Defense allowed to bulky the issue in this continued circuitous repetitive annoying way?

@Jackie Miles there not really going back and forth right now it's the prosecution's witnesses and the defense is objecting when they object the judge decides and usually lets the prosecution word it differently or the prosecution says it isnt hearsay the witness is going by his memory this or that. They dont go back and forth with each other they both answer to the judge. And when the defense cross examines you will hear the prosecution object as well and they go through the judge he will either say overruled or sustained or give them a chance to explain the question or word it differently. It's been happening quite a lot.
