To me the shell jump in the end is the easiest part

I love the idea of building humanly impossible levels assigned to a TAS.
I'm not sure if the quadruple p jump nor the subpixel podobo jump are doable lol

@@hurricanemk8dxthe subpixel podoboo alone is, it would "only" require someone finds a setup for it (likely doable with TAS tools) or many people throwing attempts at it until eventually one would get lucky

TAS Levels in SMM2 are becoming one of my favorite things to watch. The craziest thing was that quintuple into an upwards trump, and then that ending of infinite shell jumps??? Is that actually possible for a human to do? Also just all the random trump jumps were cool to watch.
I will never say something is impossible for humans, but the infinite shell jump is god damn hard

I already did that in this TAS.. the subworld was a quad shell jump with an extra spring jump

I'm a big fan of ChainChompBraden and Trials of Death. Imagine if he replaced the Firewalk near the end of the level with 0:22 😳

Let me say it like this: ToD was proven to be humanly possible while this is still TAS only
Naw I wouldn't say so. As far as I know there are no humanly Impossible tricks in this. Even the subpixel perfect lineup has been done quite a lot by Leto Squad. The kaizo tricks in this (except maybe the quad P-jump) are things top players are pretty consistent at. The trump jumps are very manageable with pause tech and the other Precision is pretty doable as well. I don't know how the trick where you land the P on the muncher stack is so I can't tell you about that. I also have quite a lot of experience with the 1-Frame coming out of the door and it's not even the hardest setup for it. You can just mash your Z-buttons very fast and it should work. Overall I can assure you this is far easier than ToD

This level is definitely not humanly possible as it requires quick input combinations, too precise for any human, for instance, the pixel/subpixel dependent jumps through the spikes at 0:16 and 0:36 which are absolutely not as simple as lining it up slowly at 1:06, literally look at the input display.
If you see these jumps in ToD, it's a different story because in SMM1 the spike's hitbox is a lot more lenient than it is in SMM2.
Also, top players are genuinely not consistent at quintuple juggles, especially if the movement is incredibly forced as it is by the firebars and saws at the start.
You cannot compare the difficulty of a human achievement like ToD to the one of a level that is meant to be TASed because no human would ever be able to complete it in real-time.

Is there even a difference between a subpixel-perfect jump and pixel-perfect jump?
Yep, absolutely. A pixel perfect jump is possible in many scenarios. Regular trump jumps for example are pixel perfect, but you still have a small bit of wiggle room. For subpixel perfect, like podobo trump you need the exact precise position an 0 horizontal velocity, perfections is required

Feels like everything up until 0:38 might be reasonably possible for a human to complete, as it looks like a typical super expert level. That last section, though, is absolutely ridiculous.
I don't think a quintuple juggle surrounded by firebars which make everything even more precise and then a trump jump going up from a spring jump looks like a typical super expert level.
That P-switch part is one of the only doable parts lol
