After watching this I went to buy the shampoo because I suffer from severe hair loss but it never arrived. I emailed several times to get an update but never got a response. I then emailed to cancel my order but again I never got a response . I had to submit a dispute with my credit card to get a refund. I hope Jailyne is aware of this. I know it’s not her but definitely the team working for her hair product line.
