- On this episode of the Overcomfort podcast, its my birthday! There's no other guest I rather have today than my beautiful sister Chiquis! We share the things we've learned at 26, her future plans, and the art of forgiveness. I also get a special surprise at the end!

My mom was a single mom when I was 7 years old so I was like a mom at that age to my 4 siblings , I’m the oldest in my family, it was hard but I did good . My mom also had to work hard for a living , she was a long term care Nurse assistant and phlebotomist . But she never let us down . She was a great mom and taught me well to care for my siblings while she worked .
You and your siblings deserve every single beautiful things that comes to you ❤

Im going through SOOOOOOO much. Financially and emotionally with my family and this makes me just forget a little from my problems but wow I needed to hear this and hear say it’s a bad day, not a bad life. At the end of the day I am blessed with family and my health. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Setting boundaries and saying no was one thing that my therapist told me I needed to do and it’s super hard for the people around you to understand you but once YOU understand that it’s okay for your family to not understand it as long as it brings peace to you. Learn this at 36 years old.
