I was surprised to see "otorrinolaringologo" in the list. Actually I didn't even know it was used in English. It's greek and because it is so long (it's four words in one) and difficult to pronounce we say "orila" for short. :)

Funny. In my language, quierida/kerida is what we call "the other woman". When a man is having an affair it is called "nangangaliwa" with the literal translation "left-ing"
