    When I go to the checkout I sometimes say to myself, 'Voy a pagar'. Even though I am a native English speaker I often incorporate Spanish into my thinking. It's just another way of saying something.

    Why is it “soy persistente en la práctica” and not “estoy....” I thought soy was for permanent things?

      Yes, but "estoy" is also for characteristics like being persistente.

      @@Johnnys_Manager Then first u need to soften ur tongue by trying to pronounce other alphabets in Spanish. Spanish is all about soft sounds and English is about strong sounds.

    why it is nuevas palabras instead of palabras nuevas? :D i'm just a beginner. pls explain.

      There's no difference, you can use it both ways in a sentence.
      Asociar nuevas palabras a lo conocido para aprender español.
      Asociar palabras nuevas a lo conocido para aprender español.
