The sword that used by samurai was called katana its have long for 1 meter or more little longer, katana usually being used as secondary weapon, samurai usually using weapon that more longer that katana as main weapon like spear or long sword like nodachi

A nice show blade. Doubt it will hard enough as real one without tempering. Also the title should be ninjato not samurai sword.
just because it has a straight blade like a chokutō doesent exactly mean that it is one.
