There are covert recordings, then there are also other snuff-style recordings which are recorded overtly in relation to insider rituals. 30+ TB is not a lot of data when we are talking about high resolution video files. That would fill up very quickly, especially when you consider multiple camera angles and long recording times. In fact, it's a relatively small amount of data. Disqualifying the possibility because it's simply "too much data" is just ignorant.
