I'm here to tell u ur not the only one that couldn't figure it out so please do not feel stupid! I praise u for posting on the simplicity of opening it, yet hard enough for us not to be able to figure it out without help haha. I just bought my 2023 BRZ last Tues & I'm not even a quarter the way through the manual. This for the help!

This just happened to me. I didn’t know the car had to be unlocked. I manually unlocked my door but it wouldn’t open.
