20+ HP Ultimate Mini Bike Gets Aggressive Tires & 60 Tooth Sprocket

- In todays video we get our Trail master mb200 full suspension mini bikes out and prepare them for turkey bay ohv park. My bike gets sunf aggressive tires and a 60 tooth sprocket. This made a big difference in acceleration. I also took the new ghost engine off and put the built 224 max performance engine back on. Lonnie & I try to race our bikes but his tank ended up being full of slime, so another day. We took turns riding my bike around the field and woods. It constantly spins the tires!

These mini-bikes look like a blast! Might just have to build me one but have two more CT Hondas to restore first. Just finished a GY6 150 swap in a stretched and lowered Ruckus that tops out at 67 mph! It's scary fun to ride! The grins you guys are sportin' on this particular build say it all though. Good job!

My megamoto kit I picked up from gopowersports came with a 53 tooth. With a 16ish HP 212, juggernaut and the same sunf tires it ripped. I replaced the sprocket with a 75 tooth from an older megamoto 212 and put a gold spring in the secondary and its a handful. it gained a few mph on the top end due to being in the power band and not on the edge of it and it will pull the front tire at will. It's a frigging riot. I'd HIGHLY recommend the spring swap so first winds out further before high gear kicks in.
Where did you get the gold spring? I run the yellow currently.

I have been looking at getting a mini bike so I have something to ride myself when the kids are riding around and was curious out of all the mini bikes you have had what brand and model should be your number one and what would you do to it to give it some power but keep it reliable and yet kinda affordable. Any info would be bad ass and keep at it your channel is sick!!

Red Beard's Garage hot vinegar also helps clean out gas tanks, fill the tank with hot vinegar an leave it a few hours/over night then flush with water

I heard BBs (for a BB gun) with some gas work for breaking the stuff in the tank loose. Just gotta shake the snot out of it

Hey, I was wondering if you could post some videos on how to make a mini bike handle better, more stable. There are hundreds on how to make them faster.
I just add the 225 from Gopowersport with same gearing took the same time off and went with street tire . You guys are right what blast to ride now.

That bike needs a chain tensioner so you arent running a super tight chain all the time. When the suspension on the MB200-2 compresses, the chain gets much tighter which can lead to blown out jackshaft bearings. Dont want you to have any issues but if you trail ride that monster you could have some potential issues
BWX here on youtube has a good design for a low profile tensioner for these that uses stock parts and seems to work great.

Since my feed has been filled with Rokon vids lately and knowing the hills of TN are nice terrain for one, I've got an idea. You should put your skills together and whip up a sweet two wheel drive mini bike. It's not easy but if a 2x2 had some decent suspension travel it would be unstoppable. The way Christini goes about converting modern dirt bikes would probably be the hardest route but would be much cleaner and more reliable than all the chains and jack shafts. It would be nice to see your version of one of these builds.

Hey Red beard I bought a used mango go kart for my adult son that I'm working on now. Someone put a 1981 Honda cb550 twin motorcycle engine in it they had a 2 speed automatic trans with it. It has twin carbs and the exhaust comes out the back kinda like a VW dune buggy, the only problem is that these engines have absolutely no aftermarket support or hop up parts. Do you believe I'd be better off putting a predator 670 on it? I believe it would have more bottom end grunt but for the money I believe I could put a cb750 4 cylinder bike engine and 5 speed on it and could build it too the moon, or turbo it then and she'd be a screamer, what would you reccommend buddy? If I change it either way it's gonna require gabbing and I'm sorely lacking the tools required now, I have a wire welder and hand tools but most of my air tools and big stuff was at my dad's and sadly was lost to a fire. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I gladly send it to you and pay you to trick it out but I believe you'd be out of my budget but hey a guy can dream lol

my son has a Baja 200 that he keeps burning belts on. We put a predator engine and a TQ in it. Do you think it needs a bigger sprocket in the back? He's 14 and about 175 lbs, so he's not small.

I've got a question. Since someone took the governor off this lil motorcycle I got with the 212 predator engine & I'm guessing didn't put a new flywheel on I'll be good as long as I don't go over %90 throttle without it exploding on me right? Its got a clutch and chain setup also

Is it possible to split the difference on the rear sprocket and get a 54 or 56 tooth? I would think that would give you the low end grunt, and still have some top end speed, right?
Or am I way off base?
I would keep the 60. You don't need that much top speed for off road. I geared my Coleman with 9/60 tooth and it's a great gearing for off road. And I don't even have a Juggernaut.
