Without your implants, you looked leaner, even your arms looked lean. I also wanted to do an explant eventually, or maybe have a smaller implant since I already have kids and will probably do a lift as well. You look amazing Nikki.

I had a capsulectomy because I had BII symptoms and the recovery was worse than putting them in. My capsules actually stuck to my rib cage. I am so glad I got them out. Never felt better
Absolutely devastated for you about losing Max. I have followed you since your first bikini competition and I know Max was like a soulmate for you. Sending you so much love and compassion!!
I’m so happy for you and the way you talk about your body, your concerns, and your reasoning behind all of this. Also love that you’re a San Diegan now too, if COVID weren’t an issue I would say a meet-up would be fun haha. In case anyone else was wondering about cauterization, it’s a form of wound healing that also promotes instant blood clotting (vs. just closing the hole itself) and it’s used in many different types of surgery. I unfortunately had to have my nose electrically cauterized this year without anesthesia and feeling the shocked SUCKED. I’m sorry you had to feel any of that, but it seems like it was all worth it in the end.

I got my surgery for augmentation a month ago and when my doctor asked me for photo inspiration I showed him your pictures, I loved the way yours look lol and now I’m like omg she took them out. Glad you did this q&a just in case I wanna get an explant in the future :) but side nóte you still look great!!
Good to see the explant shift or choosing against implants! There is a lifetime of future surgeries ahead with breast implants that isn't discussed... aged implant exchanges, capsular contractures, weighted implant breast lifts, plus numbness, etc (not to mention the serious BII health issues).
So glad women are taking their bodies back and some loving ourselves. I got breast cancer which made me have mine removed but I wanted for awhile. I just didn’t give the time to myself having kids. I used my own tissue a transplant to rebuild breasts called SGAP and DIEP. I still don’t have enough fat but it’s been the best decision I did for me. I’ve been brought back to my God given body. Thank you for sharing your story. I was sick for many many years and every plastic surgeon believes in Breast implant illness. Be well and love yourselves . Wishing many blessings in 2022
So cool you’re talking about this. It helps for those that are considering them. I had them done about 4 yrs ago and I love them! I had my 1st son at 19, my 2nd at 27 then I knew I was completely done. I love to workout so my body fat is pretty low I thought about it/researched for almost 10 yrs and finally got them done. I also have the condition where fake jewelry irritates my skin but my breasts give me no negative symptoms.🙏🏼 Just sharing for those that are considering. Also I got the smallest possible I’m only a C, I’ve always been a C except after 35 (I was a B) when you lose all your baby fat. So I def think going small is what I love the most. Most people think they are real until I mention it.
I’m a nurse who works in an OR where surgeons do plastics (I am not “their nurse”. They rent our hospital OR and I work for the hospital). So when I saw people coming in for explants, I didn’t really know how to answer these questions they were asking me. I learned a lot from your video! We don’t offer local, only GA, didn’t even know that was an option. So all our pts have drains, which seems like the more annoying part of recovery to most. The pad they put on for cautery is a grounding pad, literally exactly as you said- so you don’t get shocked from the electricity!
I'm very happy for you; you look genuinely happy and content. 🥰 I'm so sorry about Max, he was such an awesome companion and brought so much joy to us watching.
Thanks for talking about this !!! 🥰❤ I feel like it's only glorified to get them but no one explains or talks about the other side of things...or having them removed. You look incredible by the way! 🥰🥰
I haven’t watched this yet but I just wanted to say you look so good! I’m sure it’s weird to go through a big body change so quickly but you look so beautiful and I hope you feel beautiful too
Nikki, I am so, so sorry about Max🥺 I could tell that the bond you shared with him was so strong! He will live forever in your heart and you will see him again someday I am sure of it!! Love you Nikki❤️
I just had my Explant 9/27/24. Having my drains removed tomorrow. I had an En bloc and a lift with it. Love what I see, very happy! The capsule was sent to Pathology. Everything came out normal. Please do an En bloc no matter if you don’t have BII, cancer has been found in the capsules. I had an excellent experience, excellent Surgeon in the LA area. Thank you Jesus! 🙌
I'm so sorry about Max. I'm very empathetic to how you feel..I too have a kitty poo. and Max was ALWAYS around for us supporters to see. I'm recovering from crying really hard about this. his beautiful feline spirit lives on 🙏❤️✨
I also do agree that breast implants age you to a degree, I wanted them since I was little and just recently changed my mind that’s part of the reason why.
I can't believe it was so cheap!! $3000 is insanely cheap to get them taken out compared to the prices the FB BII group pay for the en-bloc capsulectomy explant. Definitely going to look more seriously into explanting if that's the case. I was holding off due to estimated costs.
Someone else mentioned below it’s cheaper because of not using general anesthesia. And they’re correct. But think of what that all encompasses. You don’t have to be in an actual hospital operating room, you don’t have to pay an additional doctor and staff for just the anesthesia alone. Also, probably costs less for mal practice insurance. That anesthesia makes prices sky rocket.
sending you lots of love, Nikki 💕💕 the way you've stayed true to YOU through all these years is inspiring. remember your surgery back in 2015 and now seeing your growth during this recovery is incredible. thank you for sharing your journey with us. we don't deserve you. You are such a good person.🙏
I do love that you’ve gotten these removed and share the feelings and story to others, I personally cannot stand that girls feel they have to get them to make themselves feel more confident. Sadly it’s alot of people
Nikki! dental tourism is so popular now! In Hungary there is so high quality procedures for so much less money! Just an idea! We had so many patients from America too, they always enjoyed a good travel and getting their teeth done! 😘😘
The first set of implants you had were so flawlessly perfect. I literally did not know they were not natural at the beginning. I think the second pair you got were more high profile & like you say you had too much volume at the top but the first set was very natural and the perfect size I think. PS you are extremely courageous and I just love your authenticity as always.
Oh Nikki, when you said Max was behind you I said "where?" And it dawned on me 😭 Sending you so much love and pink healing light to you after having to say goodbye to your beautiful boy. Loss is always, always hard. But the life Max had was so amazing and you are a beautiful cat mumma. I have no doubt he'll be your guardian angel now xo
They look sooooo good they match you so much better and you look leaner and younger in that area. You obviously looked great before too but they just look so much more “meant” for your body
I kept reading the title as "Why get an eggplant? Did it hurt??" and was so confused. 🧐😂 Very interesting to hear about the process of having them removed. Thank you! ☺️
I had explant in 2006, best thing I did and they are still looking really good now, and that is at age 47 (and I had another child afterwards in 2008). So happy for you. Sorry to hear about your precious cat. I lost my Pomeranian recently and it's still rubbish. God bless you x
Mine deflated a little more after a year of having them out. They aren't necessarily saggy, but the extra skin on top really wrinkles when you try to push them up, or laying sideways in a bikini. It sucks cuz I don't want them back in, but I don't want the scars from a lift either. Wish I never got them in the first place.
Lovely to see you back on UA-cam, followed you for what seems like forever! You’ve very much been in my thoughts regarding Max, so sorry for your loss my heart hurts for you - sending you lots of strength and love xxx
I love listening to Nikki answer these questions! You give the best advice. I feel like you’re my older sister. Happy you’re happy about your implants. ❤️ I wish I could hug you about max…. Sending so much love to you.
From a mom of three young girls THANK YOU for saying wait till your 25 to see if you still want it!!! This is so true! I made the most crazy irrational decisions before 25 just out of coolness and trends and what I thought looked beautiful! OMG 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ so awful! Just wait!! Be you and get to know YOU in your natural beautiful state first! 🤍
I got mine done and I knew immediately after surgery that I made a mistake. I miss my old body :( My advice to you girls that want them done is to go smaller. I think I would have been happy with a B cup but mine are about a D right now and I feel just like she said where it's too sexy. ugh.
Omg!!! Thank you for talking about the skin under your breast!! I always freak out because it feels weird/numb. It has been the reason I am iffy and an explant. Glad it’s normal. THANK YOU
Just on the breast changing during pregnancy... I am 26 weeks pregnant and my breast have changed MASSIVELY! they are 2/3 cup sizes bigger and will potentially continue to grow.... so yeah they 100% change alot!
The biggest support group on Facebook for this procedure does not recommend your way of getting them out but it is also the way I want to get them out, too. I’m not suffering from any symptoms, I just want them removed without having to go under. I will be looking into local anesthesia options.
For anyone curious your implants may have a different profile than Nikki's there's high mid and low profiles so your outcome and excess tissue etc. can be different depending on that

Idk if this helps you but just another perspective.

Your skin looks so glowy and healthy. Is it a foundation? Highlighter? Or just some bomb skin care?
You look great both ways, so happy you are happy and it was easy! ❤️❤️ happy new year!
I think I would have been happy with a B cup but mine are about a D right now and I feel just like she said where it's too sexy. ugh.
do I have implants? no. do I plan to get them? also no. just here for nikki 🙌🏼😻
MAXXXX😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔 I’m SO sorry for your loss!!
Omg!!! Thank you for talking about the skin under your breast!! I always freak out because it feels weird/numb. It has been the reason I am iffy and an explant. Glad it’s normal. THANK YOU
Oh my Nikki, I am so sorry for your loss 😢, my heart hurts. We will all miss Max, my heart and prayers go out to you 🙏💔
My condolences, Nikki. 😪🙏
I will have Max and you in my prayers. ✝️❤️
Love you Nikki!!! This was such a great video. Please make more videos about anything and everything. You are so relaxing and fun to 'chat' with.
Just on the breast changing during pregnancy... I am 26 weeks pregnant and my breast have changed MASSIVELY! they are 2/3 cup sizes bigger and will potentially continue to grow.... so yeah they 100% change alot!
Godspeed to Max!!! I Loved seeing that Cat! You took very good care of him!
The biggest support group on Facebook for this procedure does not recommend your way of getting them out but it is also the way I want to get them out, too. I’m not suffering from any symptoms, I just want them removed without having to go under. I will be looking into local anesthesia options.
I'm glad to see you posting videos again. I really enjoy them
Thank you for being so straightforward and detailed! I want to do this too!😍
For anyone curious your implants may have a different profile than Nikki's there's high mid and low profiles so your outcome and excess tissue etc. can be different depending on that
Glad you feel great after surgery :) nice to have Max’s presence in the videos still ❤️
Hi Nikki, I don't know if you'll see this but I hope you have a wonderful year. I've been following you for a long time and I love how you have always been unapologetically yourself and the direction your channel has grown into. I want you to know that alot of people like myself take inspiration from you. You make me feel like I'm not alone in just trying my very best every day. I cried when you announced that Max had passed 😞 I also went through the same heartbreak of losing my boy last year in August after 9 beautiful years. It is indescribable to lose your soul mate cat. He's the white cat in my avi. You are in my thoughts and I'm sending positive vibes your way ✨ It gets better I promise. Hope you have a great year once again!
Thanks for sharing your honest experience, it makes me so happy that you are happy with your results! Loved the max shout out too, his legacy will live on forever! ❤️ love you Nikki!
I just found out about Max and I’m crying. I’m going to miss him and happy you gave him an amazing life.
You are absolutely peaking in your beauty. You look incredible!
It's the first time I watch your videos, and I love your energy, how genuine and nice you seem😊 and part that you didn't care about the marks, your face😂 I was like, yes girl, that's the attitude 🎉
So sorry about you losing Max, he was such a character, I’m so glad you are happier with your body now, you looked beautiful both ways by the way! X
Thank you for sharing. I never looked at women side ways who have gotten implants. You have explained your situation very well. When you said you didn't give with them anyone that was deep. When some of us don't vibe with people or things we let them go also.
LOVE YOU SO MUCH, Ii'm so happy to hear that you're happy and you look soo amazing. thanks for making me feel better
Yay finally! I always thought they were too big for your small frame. But of course whatever makes you happy, so I'm glad you are content with it.
Wishing you a happy new year Nikki! ♥️ Sending lots of love your way
This video was so wholesome. I’m 25 & been wanting implants since forever but some part of it makes me nervous that there are things that would limit me or I may just love them. Haha 😆
I’m 37 and have had mine since about 23. I’m actually on my second pair. First was saline and current ones are silicone. I love mine personally. No issues. And I do A lot of high intensity workouts, such as CF and they’ve never gotten in my way. But this is also my experience. I’ve also had a child and they sit more natural now even. Idk if this helps you but just another perspective.
@@dhall75608 since you workout a lot, have you noticed any lateral displacement with them from working upper body? Getting mine done next week, 350 silicone unders
@@frederica4355 no ma’am. I don’t have any issues and they look great. I don’t work chest directly much. Indirectly, yes but still I’ve never noticed it.
didn't realize how much I missed your face until this video popped up. So sorry to hear about your loss, you were both so lucky to have each other!
Fly high Maxie boy 🖤🌈 you will always be here with us!
YOU LOOK AMAZING. glowing! 🤩✨
Happy New Year! I have been following you since 2016, and not once noticed the scars! Loved the video, you look great! ❤🎉🥂
Do I have implants? No. Do I have any desire to get them? Also no. But does watching Nikki bring me joy? Yes. So here I am lol
I can hear your sadness in your voice. You don't have that same spark right now. I'm so sorry for you. I lost my kitty Ellie to breast cancer when she was 11. I still tear up. Love your baby Ruby. I still have my flip and we got really close after Ellie passed.
You're so sweet ❤️..girl you do not need to apologize, they really look amazing! Thanks for sharing, I'm super nosy lol and love plastic surgery videos, no idea why because I personally never wanted any myself, it's super interesting though.
Wow. Thank you so much for sharing and being honest and open with your experience. . I can relate to this topic💗
My explant surgery is on January 6 due to BII. Thanks for this video!
This video just reminded me of all the reasons why I've always liked you. X🌞🤗❤️
