Lemmiwinks is a returning character. As are the ghost animals (sparrow prince, frog king, catatafish) if you haven’t seen it before (and I assume you haven’t since you didn’t recognize them) you should check out the episode “death camp of tolerance” from the earlier seasons.
The episode came out around the time when WikiLeaks happened in reality.
