NVN GUYS i found the problem it was you need to extract it and then go to SAAC2 64-bit (dosent matter if you are on 32-bit) then "if SAAC is not running" then right click for x64 and click adminstrator and click yes when the thingy pops up then press enter and then its fixing it!
