@@Ryonet I actually just got the rxp dual emulsion. I bought four screens and the seven step exposing film from you guys last week because I watched a video that Ryan made a few years back and I don't have an exposure unit so I said what the hell I am smart and I have balls and I have nothing to lose plus I have learn from the best in your videos. I have some 2inch foam that I have cut out into the inside dimensions and a very large piece of glass and I pressed it firmly against the screen under this California Sun. I wait when the sun UV index is highest in the sky to get the most UV possible and all I have to do is Google it on the weather app. I also bought some butterfly clamps because I don't have a press and I'm using my ironing board as one. I made it so that the butterfly clamps are attached to chipboard that I can easily clamp to the ironing board and adjust it like as a y-axis track and use the opening of the clamps once I have it aligned vertically I can adjust it horizontally just by moving it left and right as the x-axis. I used the cardboard you guys sent me to protect the screens from damage in shipping as a jig to make platens for my t-shirts . I put wax paper down over them and glued it to it so that my t-shirt can easily slide over the top and not drag and I spray it lightly with hairspray so it acts as the adhesive so it can stick so it does not move and I can easily align my plans with your aluminum frame that I can also clamp to my ironing board. It is a little longer than what I see everyone else doing but it works because nothing moves and everything stays aligned perfectly. Plus I have no problem printing two colors. I haven't tried three because I usually use the background of the T-shirt as the third color in my designs but I think I can actually do more. I have no money but I am so motivated. Your guys's videos are so helpful and have helped me so much and I can't thank you guys enough! I can't believe I'm actually screen printing my own designs and it's only been a few days after getting all of my supplies from you guys. I wasn't able to buy everything like the degreaser or the squeegee or tape or all the other bells and whistles so I went to the Dollar store and bought those there except for my heat gun which I went to a flea market and pick one up for $10. It's like putting regular gasoline in a Ferrari I know. But I'll get there. I'm improvising and I'm working with what I got. It's surprising what someone can do with a paper clip and a chewed up piece of gum. But I did not skimp out on my screens from you guys 💪🏽 and we'll buy all of my supplies from you guys once I start making that dough. I just want to make some extra cash so I am not drowning. You guys are making it happen for me. Please make more videos please!!!!!!?

What emulsion would you recommend for exposing screens using the Sun?
We recommend Baselayr Long Lasting. It's high-performance, but very forgiving.
