Depends on what emulsion from Baslayr you're using. If it's Long Lasting I tend to have times near 3 minutes. If it's their Complete, normally around 30 sec

Were you putting cardboard on top of the 2" foam that came with the unit? I just bought the same exposure unit but haven't exposed a screen yet.

@@JeromeKnowsNothing Yeah, that foam piece that was included is what you're supposed to put in your screen for added compression when you expose.
whats the difference between this one and the one with vacuum ?
Vacuum won't need pressure on the screen

@@JeromeKnowsNothing You should try the Baselayr Plastisol Emulsion....EXCELLENT detail and you can expose 20-45 seconds !
