Never saw a staggered stance single side swing. Great for stability and loading single hip for more challenge. Also a curtsy swing. Going from reverse kneeling rotation into a cross body front swing.

Nice variety. It just bothers me that the guy demonstrating starts to bend over before his arms connect with his torso on the down swing. Great way to strain the lumbar region...
At about 3:06 very dangerous move don't try this at home! Otherwise it's a great video.

I don't feel the walk, what is additional benefit vs risk of broken knee caps
it isn't true the camera adds 10 pounds...you guys make it look like it takes off 10. :p
