Songs Shared at NB3 HKHF Conference 2024

I am sharing some songs that was sung during this years NB3 Healthy Kids Healthy Futures Conference 2024!
My good friend Michael Garcia from Tamaya Pueblo shared his beautiful song about the buzzard and it’s power of guidance. This is a channel where he shares funny and cringeworthy stories about life on our beloved Pueblo homelands (yoooo almost got that memorized now) haha! Another participant shared a blessing song composed by Joel Wood after a conversation of our challenges and strengths in our communities. It was greatly needed and appreciated ❤️
Lastly, I shared a Hopi corn dance song composed by Devan Lomayaoma. A song about the beautiful butterfly girls dancing in the fields. This song I shared to emphasize the power of how language is shared and learned especially between our Pueblo relatives. I was nervous as this was unexpected and was my first time singing in front of a live crowd but i did my best! However I hope you enjoy and take the blessings & healing in from all the songs we shared together.
