As somebody in my late 30s, I've found that I've also had to find new friendships as those from college tend to change drastically. In school, we may have different majors but all have the shared experience of student. As that changes, those friendships can naturally change as that shared experience changes. You make a great point about the worry about coworkers not being the same types of friends as you have to be somewhat reserved. All that being said, it requires more work to find true and more deep friends that you can share in most everything in. Thanks to the Internet, I've found some good new friends who I'd never have met in person thanks to shared virtual interests and personalities but there is a lot more responsibility on yourself to tend to your own loneliness. It was so easy when we were younger, haha. Love the channel! Can't wait for more Wukong lore! And I can't wait to try to make to asparagus myself! 🤤
