Hi Marie Beautiful jacket. Love the way you search out house sales, closing sales etc to get bolts of beautiful fabrics. Blessings to you and your family including all your precious animals, for 2023 🎉🥰🍷
Yes! I like your executive decisions on the curved edges at the top neckline. Very feminine looking. Clever ideas for markings on lace. Cute jacket! Would be fabulous with a red dress or shirt, too-Red’s my fave!🤭
Hi from New Zealand. I am amazed at how your have ideas and can turn them into reality. Love the coat, thank for showing us how to deal with stress lace. It looks very trendy with your dress and boots, love the look 💚 🐎
Wow you did a fantastic job on this lace over coat on your yellow dress. Just adorable. I love how creative our community is. Just great! New subscriber ❤
I really appreciate all your tips for working with stretch lace. I have some that I’m not sure what I’ll make with yet, but I will definitely refer back to this video whenever I use it. Thank you!
Wow!!! That is a beautiful combination. Absolutely flattering on you. I have to admit I was skeptical about the lace jacket but now yet again I am inspired by this make of yours. The black with that buttery yellow flows perfectly. I got tons of tips out of this video also. I have been trying to incorporate lace into a renaissance garment for my daughter and this answered and solved my issues. Thank you for sharing. I love all of your videos.
Everything you make looks so good on you! I got a whole bunch of mauve stretch lace circa 1985 (along with two huge boxes of fabric and trim) from the last day of an estate sale (they wanted to clear the house so it was free). I had no idea what to do with it. I was considering donating it and moving it on to someone who might appreciate it. This is a great idea! I just need to call the color "dusty rose" and it just might work 😉
Ah yes! Dusty Rose and Pewter blue. Big colors in the 80's. I remember watching the Thorn Birds movie and calling it ashes of roses after that. 🤣🤣 Enjoy your lace!
Thank you!! you answered some of my concerns. I got some lace just before Covid. The clear elastic was very smart. I was wondering how to keep the shoulder seams from stretching. I was not sure of the length I wanted. I have enough to make hip length jacket and straight skirt. BUT I like your idea of 😮😢 longer so I can wear it with other outfits. THANKS I love your show and your style of clothing. God bless Anita Canda cold!!!
hello absolutely gorgeous sewing skills nice lady please kindly film how to use the zipper foot on this sewing machine please kindly let me know OK?thank you very much
Another win for you and inspiration for me. Thanks!
That’s so my style. I love it. Yes it certainly has a 60s vibe, I think that’s why I love it. It’s perfect with that dress.
I got to say I love stretch fabric. I love the jacket.
