I just went through this and have 6 on 5. I love to learn about all the options. I’m in phase 2 and will get my finals made in January. I’m now thinking I may need to go with the last you showed as I’m having problems with speech (a little) and dealing with the bulkiness when my tongue touches (which is always). Thank you for what you do. For those considering, just do it as you will get your confidence back and will smile again. I get a lot of comments that I seem to smile more now.

@@billballou7362 they have to allow timbre for the bone to heal beefier they can screw the implant titanium screws in. Titanium is what they use to bond to your bone because it will allow the bombs to grow around it and assimilate as if it were a part of the natural jaw bone once that has healed then they can place the teeth onto the titanium screws.

Is there a way to find the dentists who use 7 star without calling every office? Also can 7star be used with 3 on 6? Have you made 3 on 6? What is best for 3 on 6? Since not so much span what is best material for fit easy clean long wear and beauty on 3 on 6? If not all on 4 is zirconia good or low profile. I want to have the least amount of material a natural smile long wear and easy cleaning. What do you recommend and who in Utah does this work? If you would please tell me where to go I will go to the doctor who makes the best and that would be the doctor who has your lab creat the implant. I've had 23 porcelain crowns for 20 years and they do not sound clicky...just normal teeth sound.
Crystal Ultra is a perfect blend o silanated glass and advanced polymers. The 30 % polymer matrix gives the material it's elasticity, and silanizing causes the ceramic to bond chemically to the polymers giving the material it's strength

Using the same material - my dentist is in Playa Del Carmen. Smilemakeover. 6 extractions 12 implants. Going back to fit the temporary dentures. You have to wait till your gums heal for that. Waiting about two months for that. Back at the end of December for my permanent all on six top and bottoms with Crystal Ultra - Nano ceramic polymer material. Couldn’t be a nicer location! Or nicer people!!! Five minutes to five-star all inclusive resort. 1/3 cost of here in New York.

And they had, individual crafted teeth too.😁 Because those teeth implants, are something that I wanna get, but in the future for myself.🙂 And also what would, something like that cost me, if I'm paying all cash, for that type of dental implant work??🤔
One of my relatives had this with titanium in the '80s and it was $28,000 for just the upper. More recently another relative had a full mouth I took her to the dentist for the consult, and I heard it starts at 50,000 for a full mouth. Very expensive but hey if you need it and you got the money it sounds like it's worth it to me. But I heard the dentist tell her sy has to come in regularly for cleanings, and I don't think it's something that can be done at home. Both of them seem to be very happy with their results. Can I ask you if people ever get snap on dentures because the regular kind cause unbearable jaw pain and ear pain? Also I have an immune disease and found out that my teeth got infected because the dr let MRSA in my sinuses get so bad.

what happens is the titanium is very rigid and much stronger than the thin 'zirconium' or plastic material. also though, one must consider that such teeth for the most part will be paid for by insurance; and so maybe they are manufactured with knowledge that at some point a tooth is going to break or a snap is going to need replaced, because insurance will pay for the repairs

• "fixed porcelain Hybrid prosthesis", is this like the acrylic but a step up, also does the gum color discolor over time like the acrylic, is the whole prosthetic porcelain or zirconium with a porcelain layer ?

I would do this for a great price if i was qualified. I grew up poor still am but i know the feeling of teeth loss and embarrassment. I feel for everyone who has teeth problems. It probably takes year's of college and experience to be a master at it.
actually they are teaching convicts in prison to do this since alot of people in prison have no teeth. They are making dentures within a couple of months of entering the program. They now use computers software to make impressions unlike using modes. zirconia is much more technical and detailed and expensive.

But where are you located?
I had to go to a specialist in my area for advice. He told me right away that they didnt look like they fit well. He could hear that my speech was off and that air was coming through a space in the front top where it did not fit well. He didnt approve of the bar system which was attached to my implants for the denture. He said there were other ways to do it. In the mean time he added silicone around the snap on gum material area. It stopped the air and whistle effect and helped my speech, but he suggested a new approach to how the denture would attach. Of course this would cost additional money and plastic material would have to be up against the roof of my mouth for integrity. So, 25,000 dollars to uppers and in 2021 they are no more then part of a costume you wear in public but of course they feel like the fake buck bulky teeth you buy for halloween. Shame on the industry.

Luke Kahng Can you explain what it is and why others are using it. I’m told it is six times stronger than acrylic but flexible unlike Ceramic porcelain and Zirconia hence far less chance of cracking - and feels most like natural teeth.
Luke Kahng I like your work you clearly are very devoted to your craft and it shows in the finished result. Your answer to my question though is less than a weak. You don’t use the material because you don’t need it is your answer. From what I have learned myself or any other patient will absolutely choose this material over zirconium. You may not need to use it - for whatever reason I don’t know but the material you use is arguably inferior to the various polymer nano ceramic materials now available.

Like ceramic statues .. too fragile and never touch . Couldn’t imagine having click click in my mouth . Oh well . Too each their own I would choose acrylic I think look more natural and lighter .. but I would do six implants top and bottom more secure ..
The best materials available today are polymer nano ceramic. There are several brands on the market. The material is 1/3 the weight of zirconia not as noisy and has a much greater resistance to fracture. The material is also easily chair side dentist adjusted and repaired. Acrylic is a waste of time and money because of short life expectancy. The nano ceramic material is a life long expectancy. Why Luke doesn’t use it is likely because dentists can make adjustments and repairs with this product unlike the older traditional ones he uses. Nano ceramics affectively render zirconium and porcelain obsolete. Research for yourself and you will come to the same conclusion. Oh and because the material is so easy to work with it’s also less expensive.

Rose A. Strehler Hi Rose, I live on Long Island, New York. It’s available on my island and elsewhere in the states. Most dentist price about the same as Zirconia. $55-$65,000 not an option for me to consider. $20,000 was though. Playa Del Carmen is beautiful. The crystal ultra and similar polymer ceramic material is best option for sure. The acrylic option is vastly inferior. Zircinia is inferior. Porcelain is inferior. I went with 12 implants. With this material 8 or 10 probably would have been enough because less prone to cracking and 1/3 the weight. The material is also easily repaired unlike Zirconia. Google search and you’ll come to the same conclusion. I thought I had a thorough knowledge of all options. So glad I learned about this material just recently.
Rose A. Strehler At least one dentist in Long Island another in Manhattan another in Chicago and one in Florida. There are likely many places in the states using this material. I have not seen a single argument contesting it is not the most superior material available.

I went yesterday and they quoted me $17,500/arch. Not including anything else. They gave a quote of almost $80,000. Knocked it down to $65,000. The teeth alone are $35,000. None of this includes the sedation, IV, ETC.
Now, i found someone else to do them, online it says $17,500 for the bridge and implants (first doc. Had a separate prive for implanta). Teeth extractions were $100 vs the $500/ quoted yesterday.
The Toothless Vegan Cupcake 6 extractions 12 implants five days in beautiful Playa Del Carmen at Smilemakeover state of art dental spa. Relined my upper denture and made new lower denture. I’ve been home 48 hours and have just a little discomfort - much less than expected. You don’t use the temporary until the gums heal - I’ll probably go back for five days to have them adjust the temporaries which is always needed because my dentist in New York would charge the same as airfare and the resort. I’ll stay 10 days in December when they put my state of the art polymer nano ceramic Crystal ultra bridges in. I can’t believe how inexpensive. Only because they just opened up after 3 month lock down I’m sure. I was going to cheap out on the $1200 IV sedation - They threw it in for free. $20,000. Both arches. Covid 19 discount. Airfare and resort dirt cheap too. Maybe the best decision I have ever made. So happy I found this place. Same job in New York $65,000. For $20,000 here I’d get four implants and and 2 acrylic a snap in dentures like my temporaries. Finding this place is in no exaggeration like hitting the lotto. I’ve been shopping this for years while saving my money. Maybe in 5-10 more years I could’ve saved another $40,000. I’m going to have me some new state of art better then zirconia teeth for Christmas 😭 Tears of joy

I had to get 11 extraction from top in June bc I couldn't take the pain and waiting anymore(plus they were so bad dental.insurance covered that part) but I've been unable to use the temp denture period. So I will get back on the phone and get a visit started Tuesday. I love playa del Carmen that's where we spent our honeymoon. So I will look up the place u mentioned as another place to get a consultation and cost estimate bc my funds have declined too sadly.

I have implants and the prosthesis is the same as a denture prosthesis. I’m very dissatisfied with them because when Every I eat, I have to remove them and clean them. I noticed when ANYTHING is advertised sans mention of cost , the reason is because it is FAR too expensive . Regards dental endeavours , the discount d d s will not include the perifial items you will be charged such as crazy to extract LOOSE teeth ,irrigation,tax, etc. And dental insurance COVERAGE,is iffy at best ( ALWAYS ASK what is the max benefit proposed insurance pays in 1 year : you will be in for a ride surprise : GOOGLE CUSTOMER REVIEWS OF ANY PRODUCTS / YOU ARE INTERESTED IN . lastly , understand that virtually all advertising is based on slight of hand / false claims .remember the old saw ,: "BUYER BEWARE "
it is not just because it is thin. That prosthesis for that particular patient is incorrect. Bone flexes and if you have a too rigid prosthesis that has low flex strength you have breakage. You can have a patient with great volume of bone but if it is soft bone it will not help you. Making something thicker is a bandaid fix to an incorrect treatment.
