I hope in the future this is improved allowing more ammo choices. Because my concern is what does one do when "mrhollowpoint slugs" are no longer available? Maybe offering a slug mold so one has the option to cast their own slugs would be good for business.

I can't find what ammo to use on the s45 , I wish I would have known there is an issue with buying ammo for this, I just purchased this yesterday! No one is say what type of ammo and where to get it. Can you tell me where and what grain to get?
1) try also, round ball ammo, most come with a oiled body 2) This is BinTac- nothing is done illegitimate. Busy is an understatement. 3) Covid-19 has completely re-shut down, and reopened, and re-shut, etc. Overseas production would have given us MANY certified options by now, but we are at the mercy of the Pandemic..let's be happy we get to Go outside right now in general..
Wish I never bought this S45. Who wants to pay nearly a dollar per slug? Ridiculous! We were told the specs required for slugs long ago. Already a small market and none of them worked well, now I'm stuck with tons of ammo I cant use.

I think its a game of luck with these airguns and you need to fix them yourself and there is aftermarket mag parts for s45 and i have tried everything out there short of making somthing better myself as far as mag issues and ammo choices!
Totall sham of an airgun ,its not bens fualt though!should be a modification feed back to china about all the issues with AEAGuns,but if you like to work on them like a race car a few passes and its broke ,fix it again !thats what ive experience with all of mine and i have 6 of them and never had issues with my hatson guns i have 5,no problem with my airforce texen,and no problem with my umerex i have 4 of them!

You need to give right size ammo .457 to big So is it .454 456 cal what size is your barrels

Maybe just use 457 round ball to avoid problems.
Not sure why, but I’ve heard it more than once, ‘avoid round balls’. So I don’t.
