You sir, have got salesmanship down to a science. I'm 2 years away from retirement. I have never RV'd but I want to. So, I have been spending alot of time reading and watching videos about different types of RVs. Your videos are full of great info and are helping us decide which type of rv is going to be right for us. You're not just helping your dealership, you are really helping the industry. Keep em coming.
@@JoshtheRVNerd It is also good that you mention the difference. Finding information on that very important part of the RV has been difficult for me. And torque would be pulling that rear facing seat belt out at a green light.
I'm pretty much sold on the 22c Chevy 6.0 but, I want to see a video of one being built. Particularly the coach structure ( steel, aluminum ) how strong, how wired.
Hello, thank you so much for the detailed video! I've checked the Jayco web site and it doesn't show that JRide package is actually included in 22C. Can you please confirm? Thanks!
Well it literally has the J-Ride badge by the door handle, so that's certainly a strong indicator! The goofy thing with J-Ride is there is a different version of it for every type of motorhome Jayco makes. This is a Redhawk SE -- which is their base starter series. It has only a few small items designed to improve ride and handling (unlike a Greyhawk that has a pretty extensive package).
Hey josh, now I’m looking buy a rv for the first time.. so I been doing my research, when I tell u the jayco lineup is winning, they got the best safety features of others.. I was watching this other manufacturer right.. they had this bunkhouse model saying “ this coach sleeps 10 people” so I ask them do this coach seatbelt 10 people. Cause I don’t see seatbelts for 10.. l ask all this on their livestream.. I jus don’t need the cuteness going down the road also I need me and my family safe going down the road too
Haylett RV yes it is.. I’m doing my homework before I get into this lifestyle.. I’m in with a blind eye when both of my eyes works perfectly fine.. and I know what rv dealer I’m dealing with also..
Haylett RV josh, I jus got a reply from the other manufacturer. U won’t believe what they told about seatbelts.. first off this is a 37 foot bunkhouse model we talking here with 4 to 6 seatbelts in a 10 sleeper coach.. doesn’t make any kind of sense at all.. they told me if any body else u wanna bring they have to ride separately. Like seriously.. now josh i am from Detroit. I almost went completely in on them.. u want spend all this good money on a Motorhome with barely no safety features in it.. I jus kno how there’re number 1 in industry
And DO NOT EVER let someone tell you "well we can just add seatbelts later." Ask them "so where do you pull test those so that they're legal?" And you're going to get a look like a cow at an oncoming train.
I've been trying to decide between a travel trailer and a teardrop and Class C. I think that due to this nice layout of the Jayco Class C's I'll be going with Class C. I do echo the desire to not have either the oven or the stove. I never boondock and am always camped. Do you know if any of the Class C can be ordered minus oven/stove and just have the oven space as a cabinet? Thanks so much!
I don't know about the stove removal, but I've seen it done in various brands before. When you get settled in a little closer we can make the call for you. No sweat.
Love your videos but please quit hating on RV ovens, a lot of people boon dock and the oven uses propane with the convection microwave power is a must and running the generator just to bake some rolls or cookies is noisy and a pain.
Hi Rick. Please note the posting date. This is old footage of an RV that's no longer available. Our current stock is included on our website with pricing
Not at the office currently so I don't have my pricing files on hand. See this link: bit.ly/2NTnx45 There's a button for a web special price that auto-emails right to you. Enjoy!
Hey Josh I'm just wondering why you don't sell new motorhomes from other brands like for example Coachmen. (I could be wrong so I stand corrected if I am) All the new motorhomes I've seen you make are just from Jayco. Aren't people looking for motorhomes with Azdel in them too? Just curious as I saw your other video with the used Coachmen Freelander and that was a beauty.

Happy to assist in return for the fair opportunity to earn your business when the time is right for you!
The difference between horsepower and torque is simple
Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall
torque is how far you take the wall
Laugh - best explanation ever.

A very nice basic motorhome , thanks Josh.

You've been on our channel (and others no doubt) for a while doing some hard learning now & it's really starting to pay off!

LIKE THE CORNER BED WITH ONLY A DINING ROOM SIDEOUT WITH 400 WATTS OF SOLOR PANELS
CAN YOU EXCHANGE THE PROPANE TANK THATS ON THERE WITH A BIGGER ONE COZ I PLANNING ON LIVE IN IT FULL TIME
Perhaps aftermarket. We dislike modifying factory systems that way -- at least until something is out of warranty.
We toured a class C where the seatbelts were just looped around the 1” wooden frame under the seat.
Oh good lord! If you don't mind, then would you let us know what brand this was? At least privately if nothing else?

Hello, I live in Michigan same as you.
Ah, fantastic! Sadly it's simply not the norm around our area, but everyone camps differently. That's why we carry different models.
This would be great if it had the slide topper on it.
Our parts team can handle that no sweat. If that's all that's stopping you, then give our guys a call and we'll get you camping!!
Price?

Can the 25R be ordered on the Chevrolet chasis.
Last I knew: No. I will double check & update if I discover otherwise from my factory contacts.
Haylett RV , I'm a GM retiree, that's why I asked.
Totally understand and respect that. We have former alumni of the Domestic big 3 here. I hear them banter all the time.
How much?

We have looked into it and would be very interested in doing so, but the brands we'd like to carry are not available in our area.
