How To Make Three Ingredient Banana Bread

- Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
5 ripe crushed bananas
2 eggs
Optional 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F°. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. I also line my pan with parchment paper.
Stir together first 3 ingredients until smooth and well blended. Pour batter into loaf pan. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
Bake for 45-55 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.

Wow! Three ingredients plus pecans. Sounds yummy. I just made banana bread last week for the grandchildren. I sprinkle walnuts on top and mine is made with applesauce to lower calories. And it’s dense. But definitely will give this one a try. Thanks, Kathy. 💞
You won't believe how good it is! Nothing is better than scratch, but this is so good and easy you'll probably never make scratch again! Jimmy aye almost the entire loaf. And, he told me before he didn't like Banana bread 🤣
Banana bread is a very favorite of mine! Never made one this way. This time of year I make zucchini bread like crazy to use up all the zucchini and it freezes great too! I put a big pat of butter and melt over the top while still warm and sprinkle a little sugar on top! So delicious! I'm going to try this one for sure! ❤😊
