    I've a question that
    does landing from china jump or scissor jump by not having your foot straight inline will have higher changes of injury?
    ( at 2:14 and 3:54)

      Don´t think so because you land with your weight more straight down compared to the lunge where you push your feet forward with all your weight on that foot. But yes, sure there is always a big chance of injury if you don´t do it correctly or is strong in your legs
