- Time for some sightseeing! Part 6 of my off-road motorcycle tour through Morocco, shows you days 11 & 12. After 10 days off-road, I decide to drive to Tafraoute in the western AntiAtlas and explore the valley of Ammeln on foot. Afterwards I drive through Napoleon's front yard with the Tenere 700 and pay a visit to the Painted Rocks before I am captivated by the fantastic gorge of Ait Mansour. But see for yourself...

I am vincent with the gs 650 xcountry. We meet one day after and you told me about those painted rocks. I have been there following your advice. Yes thank you , very scenic place , nice easy dirt road and funy painted rocs .

@BurningFeetAdventures I wanted to go to Mauritania by the piste along the Sahara occidental not by the boring high way along the coast . So I have been as far I can go to the south in the désert.
Then police and army told me that I canot go more south if I am not mandated by UN.
As all the piste along the mauritanian border are protected fom polisario invasion by mines everywhere...
So yes I ride back to France and stop for climbing mont Toubkal 4100m
And now I just came back from 1800km in the french south east TET. So scenic..

Hi Christophe, I was using 2 Gopro Hero 9 Black in Marocco with a wind slayer. Settings were 2.7k and 50fps. Greetings, Stefan.
Ich habe den Anton schon mal in seinen eigenen Videos gesehen. Freute mich erst das ihr zusammen fahrt, aber im laufe der Videos merkte man das irgendetwas nicht stimmt. Seine Kommentare und Gesichtsausdrücke waren schon komisch. Ist wohl ein seltener / eigenartiger Einsiedler Typ. Was du machst, Riesen Respekt. Schöne Serie von dir gefilmt und aufbereitet. Wenn du mal einen Anfänger zum Mitfahren suchst😂. Eventuell mache ich mich nächstes Jahr auch nach Marokko auf , Notfalls wenn mein Neffe nicht kann/möchte auch geführt. Gruß Bernd
Hi Bernd. Ich kann dir Marokko nur empfehlen. Wenn du wirklich ins Gelände möchtest u nicht viel Erfahrungen hast, solltest du dich einer Gruppe anschließen, ggf auch bei einer geführten Tour teilnehmen. Was fährst du für ein Motorrad? In Foren werden ja oft Mitfahrer gesucht. Allerdings kann es dir dann wie mir ergehen 😁 Beste Grüße und halt die Kette straff, Stefan.
@@BurningFeetAdventures Ich habe eine BMW F 850 GS, Kurse bei Enduro Center Mammutpark gemacht, und bei Touratech Veranstaltung mit Good Souls gemacht.
@@befle Na dann bist du ja bestens vorbereitet. Ich persönlich habe in meiner gesamten Motorrad"Karriere" kein einziges Fahrtraining absolviert. Wird vielleicht mal Zeit 😅

@@advaddictees Reisepartner zu finden ist nicht einfach. Aber bei bestimmten Strecken braucht man auch mal eine helfende ✋️
@@ralfabel8657 Jupp. Aus Sicherheitsgründen würde ich in Marokko auf den abgelegenen Pisten einen Reisepartner empfehlen. Einmal grob verschätzt oder unaufmerksam und man steigt im dümmsten Fall über den Lenker ab. Wenn man mit technischen Defekt liegen bleibt, ist es auch gut wenn der andere Hilfe organisieren kann.
Ja wenn die Geschwindigkeiten nicht zu einander passen wirds schwierig. Schwierig ist aber auch sich dann einfach mal so zu trennen. Birgt ja auch gewisse Risiken in sich. Ein Sturz mit Aua kann da üble Folgen haben. Anyway, ich geniesse Deine Videos. Eigentlich ist mir Neid komplett fremd, aber bei den Bildern kommt es dann doch ein wenig 🙂
Naja, streichen wir mal Neid und ersetzen es durch Sehnsucht. Genau das sollen Reisevideos neben Inspiration und Antrieb auch hervorrufen ;-) Gruß, Stefan

Unfortunatly UA-cam reduces the video quality a lot. In live they look very impressive. But it was to dangerous to walk in...
Der weg zu den blauen felsen ist für weniger ambitionierte von süden, von oben her viel leichter zu befahren…
