The whole 32 arc was poorly adapted The relationship between the gandor, runorata doesn't really make sense Claire arrived to no purpose Szilard ate barnes But szilard didn't know the formula afterwards So barnes wasn't the brewer Where is the real one? Why didn't they search for the real one? Im generl, some of the characters stories were fucked up: Especially claire In short They didn't adapt many important scenes
Tales Of Color Firstly, my memory on the relationship between the Gandors and the Runoratas is kind of foggy so I will refrain from arguing that as I don't know what you're referring to. Secondly, what do you mean Claire arrived to no purpose? He was a conductor on the train in order to get across the continent quickly and he started killing off the Lemures and Russos (and Czes) because they were threatening the other passengers. Thirdly, as I understood it, Barnes wasn't the brewer, he just tested it on the mouse before planning to hand it over to Szilard. I can't remember if they mentioned the real brewer or just figured it was easier to find the punk who stole the elixir. I don't know what you mean by some characters' stories being fucked up or that they didn't adapt many important scenes, which scenes were unimportant to you?
+Katherine Sanderson I hate explaining obvious stuff but here I go claire was assigned by the gandor family to help them with the runoratas because of a turfwar that isn't really shown in the series claire meets up with the gandors but the runorata problem was solved through magic cause the runorata boss felt like it then about barnes welp the whole topic is rather complicated but was solved in the books important scenes were left out from the books welp the whole 32 arc characters then stories were altered like elmar meeting sylvie in NY this fucks up elmar's story from the books claire's story was fucked up with him changing his identy so they pretty fucked up many things for a later season this is my guess why they never made a second season in the first place too many things were left out or altered
This makes me remember the scene where Isaac, Miria, and Czes are swinging on a rope outside of the train and everyone is grabbing it after each other and so much is just HAPPENING.
You should watch it. It's amazing! If you end up watching it, you should watch it dubbed. It adds more to the experience and the voice acting is really good. I mean REALLY good.
I think of this as the theme song to insanity, racket, and noise. Gleeful anarchy. When I hear it I know that shit is getting real. I look like a lunatic and I feel like one but I just love the show so damn much. My favorite anime of all time.
If you liked it a lot, you should read the light novels, from the beginning though, as there are small changes in the Elixir of immortality arc and train arc, and some BIG changes to the Dallas is Missing arc, which easily is the only thing bad about the anime, turning such a great story into a somewhat boring one imo, and the later stories that were unadapted are just as great, the slash arc, the children in the bottle arc and the Alice in jail arc are all really good and it only gets better from there.
@@jitsauce522 facts I wished they adapted 1932 better and I think they wanted to focus on the Dallas storyline more than the drug storyline that had Gustavo looking for roy instead of dallas plus yeah I do like the anime and the anime original ending but they barely scratched the surface to whats to come with the LNs and currently I'm in the 2002 arc and I really love the LNs and I'm hyped to read other narita works like Vamp!
I disagree with that- while the Baccano novels were first released in 2003, after notable films like Pulp Fiction, I think Tarantino was more heavily inspired by eastern anime in general and other eastern films than Baccano was by his work.
+ElegeantFencer *SPOILERS* I remember Ladd rushing towards the water tower and letting out a determined shout as he breaks his impact with his right arm and then all the cool gubbins that follows that.

This is one of the reasons I like Baccano more than Durarara, the fanbase is not riddled with fangirls, the Durarara fanbase is so annoying and this fucking theme, THIS FUCKING THEME, it's so amazing.
Especially when they get all Yaoi and ship Shizuoka and Izaya. Don't get me wrong Durarara is a good but it falls flat during the second half and doesn't even compare to Baccano.
I can't agree with this because Shizaya is very obvious. Even my friends who hate yaoi can see that fanservice between them you know. Every else "yaoi couple" isn't obvious in Drrr!! tho'

I don't understand why this show never reached as broad an audience as Cowboy Bebop.
Its not that hard to understand
And yes Baccano is much better than Cowboy Bebop
Bebop came to America at the right time.
It's probably due to a mix of things, including:
-Not as marketable
-It's confusing nature
-The VERY violent nature of the show
Amongst other things.
+videogamep I think the first episode was really unnecessary

+Katherine Sanderson
I hate explaining obvious stuff
but here I go
claire was assigned by the gandor family to help them with the runoratas
because of a turfwar
that isn't really shown in the series
claire meets up with the gandors but the runorata problem was solved through magic
cause the runorata boss felt like it
then about barnes
welp
the whole topic is rather complicated
but was solved in the books
important scenes were left out from the books
welp
the whole 32 arc
characters
then stories were altered
like elmar meeting sylvie in NY
this fucks up elmar's story from the books
claire's story was fucked up
with him changing his identy
so they pretty fucked up many things for a later season
this is my guess why they never made a second season in the first place
too many things were left out
or altered
I swear to god, all the Baccano OST's are so damn SEXY!!!

Baccano was an amazing ride. It is not very often that animation, music, plot, and characters are blended together so seemlessly. I will not go so far as to say its perfect but it is very good. Where else is there this many plot sequences blended together that work this well?
This is one of the reasons I like Baccano more than Durarara, the fanbase is not riddled with fangirls, the Durarara fanbase is so annoying and this fucking theme, THIS FUCKING THEME, it's so amazing.
Especially when they get all Yaoi and ship Shizuoka and Izaya. Don't get me wrong Durarara is a good but it falls flat during the second half and doesn't even compare to Baccano.
Both are good, I don't focus on the fanbases when I judge a show or it's quality.

Disregarding fanbases? I would agree both are good shows but Baccano is so much better like it's not even close.
Biophonism
I like Durarara, not so much its fanbase. Even without its fanbase I still think Baccano is better.
I can't agree with this because Shizaya is very obvious. Even my friends who hate yaoi can see that fanservice between them you know. Every else "yaoi couple" isn't obvious in Drrr!! tho'
i really want another season of this
Best OST of any anime. PERIOD.
I love the jazz theme of this op, I wish my jazz band could play this
I have finished the anime 4 minutes ago, I feel nostalgic
Hahahahahaha ohh boy i love this shit soo much!!!!! This series has one of the best cast out there .
I could imagine a real kick ass fight going with this music playing.
this anime has my favourite opening and ending themes
Love the entire sound track and the anime, this is so awesome! :D
I didn't know there was a connection other than the maker of these anime + that they were both really really good :O
Freaking Masterpiece!
Listening to this on a train hits different
I'm not usually a big "jazz" type person but this is superb!
This is like Jazz swing of the 90s, man I love it!
Awesome music for an awesome anime :)
One of the best OST in anime
