How did you get regeneration without accessories?

Turquoise restores HP and TP.

As the other comment said, the Turquoise accesory grants you small TP and HP regeneration, precisely a 3%. One of the best acesories in the game :)

I wanna master Regal but he has this one skill that wouldn't even hit because his legs are too short 🤣

I know hahahah he is strong against certain enemies but he is kinda hard against others. Still he has combos to get close to them. Triple Rage Quick is really good for closing up on a target

I SUCK as playing as him that even under 10x exp I WOULD ONLY attempt the arena battles on NORMAL mode to NOT get him killed.
