I congratulate Mattias Ribbing..I am a student of pmemory myself..He gives me and other students great motivation to complete the 60 lessons to achieve a phenomenal memory
I find sleep to be the most important factor in my mental ability. I have done a lot of these biohacks (Bulletproof Coffee, Ciltep, LCHF/Paleo/BP Chart foods, meditation, working out with HIIT) but my performance suffered last semester regardless because of a lack of sleep. I've only slept between three and four hours a night for most of last semester. I'm actually worried that I've messed up something in the process (adrenal fatigue for example). I think sleep would be as important as food in this regard, and I plan on taking a different approach to my studies this upcoming semester with this in mind.
Like always I enjoy Listening to Dave Podcast...as always collecting a lots of Golden Nuggets ... The good news is BulletProof has a Distributor in Scandinavia OMG... almost crying hhhhhhhhhhh.... it\s a F***** headache dealing with a Customs process.... Awesome.
i would recommend you superlearner (udemy) first. Made by jonathan levi with Lev and Anna. That course really opened up my mind of what cognitive science is. really worth the pennys
An office chair made of steel, OK... but don't go imagining everything made of steel... He meant "still" (just in case ask him :D ) Ah yes, just now is on the part of made of chocolate and cheese.. so yes, he meant "still"
