    1.Angle pin secondary core pulling
    During the mold opening process, the angle pin first drives the inner slider. At this time, the stopper pin restricts the core pulling action of the outer slider. When drawn to a certain distance, the oblique pin drives the outer slider to pull the core of the plastic part.
    2.Half parting
    The angle pin is installed on the fixed mold side, and the slider is installed on the movable mold side. After parting, the plastic part is also left on the side of the movable mold, and then the plastic part is pushed out. This is the most widely used form.
    3.No ejection mounted on the inclined pin fixed mold side of a mold
    Because the gap between the oblique pin and the oblique hole is very large. Therefore, when the mold is opened, the slider is temporarily not driven and clamps the plastic part. At this time, the main core is pulled out from the plastic part for a distance, and the product and the core are loose. However, the core has not been disengaged, and then the inclined pin contacts the inclined hole and separates the slider, and the plastic part is taken out by hand.
    4.Movable and fixed mold side - angle pin without pushing mechanism.
    Before the mold is opened, the angle pin is near the inside of the inclined hole, so the slider is not divided at the beginning of the mold. When the mold is separated. The angle pin contacts the outside of the oblique hole wall, and the slider begins to part. During this distance, the main core is withdrawn from the plastic part accordingly. And loose with plastic parts. This structure simplifies the mold structure.
    5.An angle pin with slid main core is mounted on the movable mold side.
    Because the plastic part tightly wraps the main core, the main core can move with the plastic part during parting. In this movement, the side core drawing operation with a small drawing distance is completed. Therefore, during further parting, the plastic part is wrapped on the main core and detached from the cavity. The plastic part is left at the side of the movable mold, and then the pusher is used to push the plastic part out.
    6.Angle pins and sliders are in the fixed mold
    When the mold is opened, the fixed bottom plate and the fixed middle plate are separated by a fixed distance. At the same time, the side core pulling action is completed. After that, the second parting of the movable fixed mold is performed, and the plastic part is left on the movable mold core and pushed out with stripper plate.
    7.The angle pin is on the movable mold fixing plate, and the slider is on the stripper plate.
    After parting, the plastic part is left on the side of the movable mold, and the pusher plate moves upwards when pushed out. When the plastic part is separated from the main core, the slider is parted under the action of the oblique pin.
    8.Both the angle pin and the slider are installed on the movable mold.
    When the mold is opened, the ejector in the ejection mechanism pushes the stripper plate, so that the petal-closing female mold slider is parted along the inclined pin side.
