@Oakley Elliott i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Sir similiarly for hydraulic core how much wedge angle we can maintain & how to choose required hydraulic cylinder pressure to actuate side core. Pls clarify it sir
15-20mm undercut is decent undercut..if it's between 20to40mm either go to hydraulic / pneumatic/ cam This as per my opinion..it depends on design to design..
25 above..there is chance of finger pin breakage..due to load acting. Below 10 will evey less to movement than your pin length become more There will be missfunction both scenario
GREAT...🙏🙏

Good to hear.
What is the maximum working length limit which we can keep ? Maximum permissible stroke for angular pins ?

Ok sure
Sir what happen if angle goes above 25 & below 10
25 above..there is chance of finger pin breakage..due to load acting.
Below 10 will evey less to movement than your pin length become more
There will be missfunction both scenario
Thank you sir
