  • This video contains several injection mold delicate delay mechanisms for ejection and core pulling. They are a combination of slider, lifter, spring, and ejector.
    No.1 This is a plastic long tube mold. This mold has no ejector and other mechanisms. ejection plastic part out with push plate. 3 plate structure. This kind of mold is clever in the sequence of mold opening.Its ring water line is also a highlight.
    No.2 This mechanism is a delayed core pulling mechanism with plastic fixed feet. While the core in the hole is pulled out, the plastic fixing foot is kept still. The purpose of this is to prevent the plastic parts from being scratched.
    No.3 To prevent the plastic parts from shrinking inwards due to stress during demoulding. So design the delay mechanism. Therefore, for a distance that the slider rises, there is always a push rod against the product side wall. The limit is invalid and the product is ejection.
    No.4 The square hole pulling of the product is caused by a lot of stress. Therefore, jacking is required for core pulling. This delay mechanism is used to solve such problems.
    No.5, No.6 The two institutions are similar. Delayed ejection of all the lifter positions. Used to solve the demoulding of ribs and the like.
    No.7 The highlight of this mold is the flat thimble fixed on the side of the mold. The position of the photosensitive projection used to support the plastic part will not retract.
    No.8 This mechanism is the lifter of the mold to solve the side holes of the plastic parts.
