Very impressive engineering, but obviously excellence was expected. Thanks for being the very first place I could come to see and learn about these awesome new features!
Wow, I saw this exact one at the LA auto show, spectacular in person. Also I noticed the recent Instagram reel of the kid taking a picture of the car was at this dealership at 0:06. Super cool 993
Very good attention to detail. This car actually came from LA Auto Show. Also yes, we had Tech Tactics East at Porsche Training Facility. Lots of our members brought their Porsches, as a result we had some visitors in the parking lot😁
@@carrerados Our spec locks March 31st so seeing the little bits and pieces 💯 changed our minds. Michael was also fantastic in going over every nuance with us. Thanks for hosting us Manny
I asked him a couple of questions and I thought he came across very snotty!! He may be a good engineer but needs some PR improvement. I interact with a lot of car experts and never came away with poor feedback like that!
Sorry to hear you came away with that impression. Michael is a great guy, huge enthusiast, does much for the Club and knows his stuff. We've known him for years and have never had that impression.
@@PorscheClubofAmerica He gave a good presentation and knows his stuff! I would think he has a good relationship with the PCA team, he may just have to develop a more down to earth car guy style when dealing with the public. PS: I have several Porsches, have had them on the track, been coast to coast in them. I drive them hard and like learning about them!
Was this guy a part of engineering team in Stuttgart? I don't know if it is just American style but i absolutely hate this "we did" narration. Nonetheless - thank you for content :)
He works for and speaks for and is representing Porsche. He was a true gentleman and handled all our questions like a seasoned pro and with humility. Super nice guy. Might even be at Amelia Island helping share the car. Just guessing
Michael is speaking as a representative of Porsche in the video and is one of many people - engineers or otherwise - who help to bring cars like this to market. Using "we" makes sense to us in this video. Glad you enjoyed it!

As someone who loves pushing every single button in a car to see what it does, I greatly appreciate the last 45 seconds. Deeply satisfying.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for letting us see the wizardry underneath :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
Can't wait for the next video on the GT3 RS. Love the underside tour.
Coming soon!

Thanks for hosting my son and I. We are now changing our specs based off our introduction to the LA show car
Someone else who ordered an RS also came to a tech tactics to see it for the first time.

This car is so amazing. They really went all out on the aero
Imagine the cost of a minor front fender bender with all that active aero. Amazing car
That would be very sad!
The brake rotors looked DRILLED to me, with dimpled hole entrances, as well as having plain dimples in some areas.
Great video about a great car!
Glad you liked it!
Wheel Glove Protection!
LOL

He’s also a graduate of Georgia Tech as a Mechanical Engineer. He knows his stuff.
Porsche employee.
@@carreradosTo add graduates of Georgia Tech are on a different level too
Anyone with a Sport Classic allocation wanna trade it for my GT3RS allocation?
