    Thank you Amy, I just mixed this one with 15 minutes kettlebell for legs and feeling energized and awesome. Following all the beauty and effort you provide for us day by day, in lives, different videos and your post when you share real thing. And always learning from you on all levels. Tnx!

    I just want to say thank you for all your work! I’ve worked out with you for 3 years and you’ve taken me from Pre pregnancy to pregnancy to post natal. Your workouts are tough but you are so relatable that it makes me want to show up and do something good for myself even if I don’t feel it! Thank you!

    FAB workout, Amy! I decided to do this on my rest day today, and got a great quick & focused workout in my trouble areas. I'll be using this Pilates video on a regular basis. OH--just found your April workout calendar, too and will be using it faithfully! Thanks again for keeping me healthy & fit!! XO-S

    Hi I’m a beginner at working out. How long can I do this exercise for? Like will it be okay if I do this workout for 15 minutes every day for a week then do a different workout the next week.
