heeeeeeeey I’m looking forward to watching this channel tonight and the summer
Thrilled to watch the channels
through the years of watching this channel grow its phenomenal
This park really isn't spoken about enough! Love these German parks - they've just got that charm to them. Really high efforts to maintain things and theme them to the highest level!
we do have some great parks in germany, but imo Heide Park, despite being my home park, really isn't one of them lmao
@@RHYTE, it’s a great park
@@amroge8703 it was before it was brought. Now it's neglected and soulless.
It’s a great park! I just hope they can sort out the areas that used to have flat rides!
Germany has a lovely array of places and buildings. So comforting.
Germany is one of our favourite countries. It’s also home to some of the best theme parks we’ve ever visited!
@ThemeParkWorldwide This is why I love your channel. Even if I don't get to visit, I feel I have been there in video format. I hope to make it a trip someday, but this does it for me at the moment. 👍
Watching the tour of this amazing hotel, I do love the "sad" looking octopus 🐙 😀
This is an excellent looking resort and wonderful themed areas !
Thanks for showing
It’s a great place to stay!
Thank you for another awesome video...❤

Two days later, I came to stay in room 115. Just missed you. We had coffee and tea in the room with a kettle. Weird you didn't have this. I think our room was a bit more spacious and the bunk bed was in a different room, not next to the main bed. Fun fact: Tuesday and Wednesday it was extremely quiet with a whole day of rain. After my 15th time on Krake I got a lollipop from the operator for my "bravery". And you can choose the hotel when ordering to get a park view for an attachment of 25 euros. We chose the package of 'park, hotel and dinner for 225 euros for two people per day. I've slept in the 'How to train your dragon' room before, even with an Xbox in the room. Amazing room when you're with kids. The 'Demonen' room is pure meant for adults. The pirate room is the least themed, but also the cheapest. The hotel is a must for your visit to Heide park.
Thanks for sharing! We hope you had a great time!
The heavy theming throughout the hotel and park is totally impressive with the different themed rooms including the accommodations with the themed rooms these definately does the German theme parks justice, thoroughly enjoyable Thank you for these amazing vlogs, Charlotte’s getting much braver confident with the water rides bless her, it’s a shame there’s No pov’s on the major rides but I totally understand safety is paramount, you both looked liked you enjoyed your cocktails and beer 🍻 cheers 🥂, are you watching the Kings coronation this weekend?
Off topic but got on Valhalla today Shaun. myself, the wife and 3 kids got SOAKED, aside from some dark areas and some missing screening the ride was Brill, lots of effects were working.... we loved it, think its almost ready, was open 2.30 til 5 closing! I really liked it and was enough changes to not miss the frozen room or fire effects too much. Hope your trips going well. Love your VLogs.
That’s good to hear!
You are correct about the area being there before the hotel - used to be the dutch area of the park and built in the early 90s if I remember correctly. Used to have some great food options.
This is only one of many areas which got closed off - Heide Park actually used to be much bigger before Merlin took over - there used to be 2 more areas which got closed off with Merlin: one to the right by the entrance with a local theme, an animatronic show and tea cup ride and a second area with a second pirate ship, another oldtimer ride and an aligator show to the back of the log flume.
Thanks for sharing!
Hey chef i m from germany. I hope you enjoy your trip. Bitburger is nice. Also good german beers are Krombacher, Lammsbräu, Ols(Oldenburg) and from Union Beer the Pale Ale is very nice (Bremen).
What an amazing hotel, to be honest i don't really mind there not being entertainment because the last thing I want to do is having to shout over a singer so I can talk to someone, or while I'm trying to enjoy a nice meal and I've got a whole stage show going on round me. I would rather just talk to the family while eating dinner. 😊
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
❤
Love the hotel vlogs , crazy that you had too put in concept art or whatever it was because nobody’s ever been able to have a camera in the pool
Thanks for watching! It’s a real image of the pool, on the parks website!
Alton towers easter egg for the new ride it’s on the ride times map
Certainly looks an impressive hotel. Shame they don’t do them at the parks like this anymore.
I have some video ideas/places you should go
Go to National Coal mining museum
Go to National Railway Museum
Revisit The beamish museum
Revisit Lightwatervalley and Pleasurewood hills
Visit the seaside town of Whitby and ride the North Yorkshire Steam Railway
Go to Alton towers again
Great suggestions!
Hey:)
I'm guessing you can pick the theme when booking, even if you can't pick park view or lot/car park view
You can indeed
I wish I was there 😢
Thanks for watching!
We were in room 111 next door the day after 😊
Awesome! Hope you had a great stay!
This makes me proud to have German heritage.
It’s a great park and we love visiting Germany!
Bathroom basin is same as Hotel Matamba Phantasialand
Lol I'm sure it wasn't just for me lol. Just joking however I do appreciate being able to read the menu.
Thanks for joining us!
When are u going to Alton towers next???
We’ll be back later this week!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide What day tho???
I'm sure the similarities between the Alton Towers hotel was a cost-saving measure, but they had some good props so I guess it's okay
Toothless!!!!!!!!!! How comes merlin has the HTTYD IP rights for this park? is it possible they could bring that to the UK parsk one day or is that not allowed like the Peppa pig situation? I adore HTTYD and i would be much more excited about that than i am for Jumanji!!!
I’m not too sure on that one, however there’s a great themed area in the park!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide the whole park looks great, excited to see the rest of it in today's vlog! I will have to persuade my husband to let us go, were always a bit hesitant about going to a country where we don't know the language!
That is NOT what the cabins in the holiday park look like on the inside, hahaha. At least not the one I stayed in, they are quite barren and there's no plumbing at all, you need to go to the central bath house / toilet, which can be pretty far way if your unlucky. Was a nice stay tho in the summer, breakfast and a very nice buffet dinner was included.
Thanks for sharing! I think we’ll stick to the main hotel for our future visits then!
