Try this setup with some crawler gears. It's really nice for slow crawls. I have this in a Jeep on LCG build as well. Very happy with it. I got a second one to test with speed gears next
I too put this in my Injora Jeep on the Injora LCG chassis along with the INJORA 180 Pro 48T Motor and Transmission Gearbox with Low Range gears. As close to brushless performance you can get with a brushed system. I bought the same for my INJROA IR40 Truck Body on the LCG chassis. I wish reverse was adjustable or a bit faster but I do turn reverse down a little on all the brushless rigs.
My friends run it with stock esc on Chanel 2, makes a stock scx24 feel so smooth! Should’ve came from factory like that

That’s strange. Make sure everything is plugged in correctly. And check your battery for balanced cells.
Have you had the problem of not having enough torque in reverse? Some of my friends have this issue
Yes. Reverse is half the speed. I don’t think you can change that.
So do the scx24 links, axles, other parts fit this as well?
Yes. They all work.

Where u get all the powers from I got one and it don’t have nearly as much power motor and transmission. Are you using?
I’m using exactly what’s in the video. Just the injora motor and ESC. Stock transmission
